We’ve stayed here several times. This time seeing signs of wear and tear… mattress very soft and lumpy..no water pressure in shower even though sink had plenty maintenance person told us it was just how Branson’s water pressure was. Our room was cleaned daily well… but could tell some deep cleaning was needed…tv remote and light switches as well as elevator buttons could be cleaned. Breakfast was so so not much variety if your staying multiple days.

Clean, well-maintained room, delicious hot breakfast, quiet location, easy to navigate inside the hotel, and great amenities. The only difficulty was that parking was tight, but I couldn't complain because the hotel was packed with guests.

The room was clean but everything seemed dated. The bathroom needed attention. The sink was cracked and the air conditioner/heater rattled like a freight train. I crammed a towel between the slats and quieted it.
