Breakfast was good. And the evenings have desserts. Very tasty. Rooms are very clean. It is an older motel, but it lacks nothing.

We have stayed here a few times because it has very clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast and you can’t beat hot cobbler with ice cream in the evening. It is an older property so it doesn’t look fancy, but a clean bed at a reasonable price is awesome. The property is not located in the strip so it is quiet which is perfect when you want to relax. Great stay as always!

Best stay!

Casey at the desk was amazing! Cobler and ice cream after the late show were absolutely the bomb. Breakfast is so good with so many selections. Will return any time we are in Branson. Thanks for the great experience.

Disappointed

Rolled in at 9:00p.m. on a Saturday evening. Customer vehicle access was blocked by personal vehicles. Had to walk thru ice and snow to get to locked front door. Had to call staff for check-in. Draw was advertised full breakfast...there was no breakfast offered. Room was very clean but quite cold. Had to run heater at 80 degrees all night to keep room tolerably warm.

Check in was easy, the room was easy to find, I was able to park right in front of my door. Then the room was very clean & the beds were very comfortable. There was no breakfast provided, & I assume that is a seasonal thing. But, I would definitely stay again.

Great price, clean, off season no breakfast

For a motel, it's pretty nice at an amazing price. Clean, quiet, parking within feet of the room. However stayed off season so office not staffed but reachable via phone. No breakfast or night time snacks as advertised due to being off season.
