Staff was kind at front desk, room was outdated and dirty and TV didn’t work. Had to have someone come clean room especially floor, it was sticky and dirty. Couch was stained, would not sit on. Pool was dirty and had old band-aids floating in pool. Did not use pool. Grounds have lots of stuff all over. Overall made the best of it but would not stay here again. Stay at your own risk.

Undergoing Renovations Beware

Our 1 night stay was uncomfortable due to the bare amenities of the room. There was no nightstands to rest anything on. No chair or luggage stand. The dresser was missing several possible things like a mini microwave, just empty dirty spaces. The table provided was wobbly. The bathroom toilet wasn’t firmly screwed to the floor. The hotel is clearly undergoing some renovations. Maybe Super 8 would have more amenities 😳

Room was updated. Bathroom floor had hair and sticky spots, bathtub had pubic hairs, walkways were dirty,sticky and cigarette butts about. Front desk personnel was very kind.

Great stay

Everything was excellent. Just be patient they are remodeling. Our room had been remodeled they did a good job. Breakfast was good. They had biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage patties, bagels, muffins, toast, & cereal.

The place was horrible. You can’t ever get in the pool and the room was nasty there was hair in our sheets and the toilet had poop on it and our tv did not work and the the guy at the front desk does not know anything

The pool was our favorite part! The only complaint about it was there were no towels down by it. Our room was clean except for the fridge, there was a lot of leftover food left in there. Also we were not fans of the microfiber bath towels, they do not dry your body.

After checking in I discovered the bathroom stool wouldn't empty when flushed and drained slowly. I went to the office and reported it. I was told they would get a hold of a maintenance man. No one came to see about it. The next morning I found a young man that worked there and he tried to unstop it with a plunger and failed. We should have been offered to be moved to another room when I reported the problem. Very disappointed with our stay at this property.

The hotel manager was nice but lady in the kitchen stares the whole time while i was fixing myfamily breakfast spoke to her before I entered into the breakfast room she didn't say anything at all until she walked in and spoke to everyone else but us it's ok I'm different thats probably why also the bathroom in the room i stayed in look like it was just replaced with towels and soapit was hair in the tub on the toliet and and looks like someone did number two and didn't clean around in the toilet bowel luckily i carry cleaning spray disinfectant spray and gloves and disposable toilet brush and wipes with me the pool but the comfort of the room was a 8 out of 10

The room we stayed in was NOTHING like is advertised in the add on expedia. I believe they are remodeling. So they are showing the new rooms. The room we stayed in, the microwave stay on a chair, and kept turning off and on when you walked by. The clothes rack on the wall was hanginf half way off, and floors were DIRTYYY. I couldnt even tell you the last time they were mopped. The breakfast was decent. Not 5☆ but it was breakfast. Biscuits and gravy, cereal, muffins and toast. The workers were very friendly. Nice. Took care of issues we had. Check in and check out was easy.

The floors were so filthy that I refused to walk barefoot on the floors. I used a towel to scoot around the floor after a shower and the white towel was black. The room was full of flies because the housekeeping kept the doors open while cleaning. We requested housekeeping services after the first night and watched them restock our towels but no mopping. The bath towels were made out of some weird material that did not dry your skin. The 4th of July, 50 or more people came and shot off fireworks until 12:30 at night and those people were not renters. We will never go back!
