Felt like room maybe had some mold in it. The staff was all amazing though and the lobby area was super cute and a nice place for us to play board games with our kiddos. The pool is heated, 2 small hot tubs. Lots of cute amenities.

The room was great. It was clean. Had a lot of space. The staff was very nice. The common area with the coffee/cocktail bar was relaxing and enjoyable. There were hot tubs and a heated pool that I didn't use. Though it was nice to know they were there.

Loved the staff, Anne and Ashley were so friendly and helpful. Great place for families, our toddler loved the creek. Rooms are great but try getting a room in the back, the rooms facing the road are noisy. Lobby is so cozy!

I paid for the stay in full at booking and then they charged it again after checkout and never even gave me a folio when I checked out in person to see that they were doing that. The front desk is also their bar and coffee shop so it’s very disorganized and only one person works it. At check in, their computer system still showed our room being dirty so she moved us to another room. The day I went to check out, the woman just took my keys and didn’t give me a receipt or anything. They are too busy using one computer to run the front desk, coffee shop/bar. The room had a terrible smell like mildew or something. The bathroom needs cleaned better. The grout in the shower is getting moldy looking when this place is very recently remodeled. The bathroom lighting is too dim for doing makeup. There is not a full length mirror in the room. There are no drawers to unpack clothes from your suitcase if you like to do that for a longer stay. The breakfast is just muffins and pastries so gluten free/celiacs beware.
