Not good handicap room.

Handicap room—- toilet was so low it was very hard to get on & off. Also toilet seat was not centered .That is the main reason why we get handicap rooms. Bed was very low, the top of nightstand was like a foot higher than bed. Breakfast was just barely warm. Spent one night instead of six.

Clean and comfortable and quiet.

Quiet in our room. Couldn’t hear anything outside our room, so sleeping was easy. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The hot tub was working and was nice. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and good.

Clean and comfortable.

The hotel was very clean. The front desk staff were super friendly. Check in was flawless. We enjoyed it so much we ended up staying a 2nd night in Branson. We used the hot tub, which was nice as well. It was also very quiet. We could not hear anything outside our room.

I booked through Expedia and saw different rates for the same rooms with no further explanation listed other than building 1 and building 2. Building 1 has staff on site, indoor pools and is the building with breakfast. Building 2 has no staff on site and an outdoor pool, after realizing I was booked in building 2 with a safety concern I immediately requested to move buildings if available and paid a difference of $40. I mentioned this at the desk and was basically told that’s what you get for booking with Expedia and you should’ve called us directly, mind you I did at that time and they won’t allow you to speak with the location unless you have a billing problem because they outsource their answering service. When I paid this additional charge my card was accidentally changed $100 in addition to the $100 deposit. I stopped by the front desk the following morning to get this corrected and was assured I’d receive a call back from a manager after their arrival at 1pm. I didn’t receive a call and both $100 pending charges dropped off and the $40 charge was applied so I did nothing. The following day-2 days after my stay I then received a new pending charge for $100 on my credit card that I didn’t authorize. I waited 24 hours then called back and was once again reassured I’d receive a call back the following day since the manager wasn’t in that day. I waited 3 additional days and have received no resolution or call back.

Our family enjoyed this Hotel.

The Hotel was clean and fresh smelling. Everything worked well. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tube were working and in good condition. Beds and sheets were comfortable. Well worth the price. The breakfast area had plenty of seating and we clean and well managed. We enjoyed the waffles and yogurt.

Building 2

Normally we stay in building 1 but his time we got put in building 2. Building 2 was dim lit and dingy. Just didn't feel as safe as the other building. I would stay here again but would ask for building 1.

We were only in Branson for one night. This hotel was exceptional in every aspect. The check in staff was kind. The room was the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever been in. This will be our go to hotel when we come back each year.
