When checking in, the front desk said they had a hard time finding us a room. They said my reservation wasn't guaranteed because I wasn't paying guest because I selected the book now, pay later option. Finally got our room key and the door was to the room was open. They hadn't even started cleaning it yet so we couldn't drop off our bag before we left for our concert. We got back to our room at 1:30am. It was hot and humid because they didn't turn the AC on so the sheets were damp. The comforter was stained and had hair on it. I was barely footed before getting into bed and ended up with hair and debris on the bottom of my feet. Someone in a room close to us had what sounded like a large dog, and it barked every time it heard something so it took forever to go to sleep. The same dog woke us up at 7:00 barking.

I kill 1 roach in restroom. Toilet paper holder was fall off. When we leave for events, I put maid service hang on door. And maid never come to clean reset bed. After we return from events. Kind in disappoint in their service. That all I say.

Hotel stay was ok. Pool was broken. We were inly allowed 4 towels a day snd we had to return them every day to get 4 more. Several people lived in the motel snd would set out back and watch you every time you went in or out. They bummed cigarettes off people and they were smoking pot at dark out back of the motel

We have stayed here before and not had any problems. We come to Branson often and decided to stay here again because of the no fee for pets. Apparently the place had been sold and is being run by different owners.This stay was uncomfortable. When we got to our room the odor in the room smelled of b.o.and was strong. We almost thought the smell was coming from the sheets on the bed! The sheets looked clean tho. The first trip to the bathroom and the toilet wouldn't flush. They had to go buy a plunger because they couldn't find one. Problem solved, but then the TV wouldn't work. We were told the maintenance guy had already left for the day. The girl from the front desk offered to comp us for the night (we had reserved for 3 nights) and offered us a different room after we had everything unpacked. So, we had to repack everything to move to the new room. We were exhausted and just wanted to rest and go to bed. The next day our card key wouldn't work to get into our room. Apparently it had been shut off because someone thought we were still in the original room.Come check out time I asked about being comped for the first night as we were told we would by Angie. We were informed they didn't do that and Angie had no power to offer that and were told we would have to contact the gm. This stay was such a headache we won't be back.

Real easy to get to and from the Landing and you’re right by 2 mini golf places! Breakfast was great rooms are clean and nice.

The stay was quiet. When we arrived we noticed the floor was sticky, but except for that the room was nice. We had a three night stay and put the hanger on the door asking for maid service and never received it. Each day we Only got fresh towels because we called down and ask. Breakfast was ok, ran out of sausage one day and I got last of eggs one day even though an hour remained on breakfast service. Also the back door to the hotel didn’t lock during the day(not sure about after 8pm).
