Room was clean, mattresses were firm and comfortable. Jacuzzi tub worked. Convenient location. Housekeeping came every day to change the towels and make the beds. Check in and out was easy. Excellent value over all.

Man and the middle age lady working there are super sweet people. Little things like needing a fresh towel or coffee pods for morning means a lot. Thank you ! We will come back again and hope to find you there.

Bed sheets and comforter were stained, the floor wasn’t leveled properly and very annoying to walk on. We had to get ice at the hotel next door, the staff was friendly about everything but overall experience sucked. People were hanging out in the parking lot at 1am and you could hear banging on doors later in the night. The jets in the tub were very disgusting and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned out in years. But even though there where stains on the bed sheets it was very comfortable and the pillows where the best thing overall to be honest. There was also no blow dryer or rack to hang our clothes.

Our stay started by having to have maintenance come right away because our door wouldn’t lock… then our first day there I put a do not disturb sign on the door we come back and they still came in our room and the signs gone off my door. The next day my daughter is brushing her teeth and the whole pipe falls down to the floor and nasty water rushes everywhere when they came to fix it. They didn’t even clean all of the gunk up off the floor then when they brought me clean towels that same day I told them not to come in my room to clean she said oh I’ll make sure that they know they still came in my room beds are so uncomfortable. I now have a neck and back problem that I have to go to the chiropractor for rooms weren’t even clean when we got there took our shoes off and our feet were black. We left a day early after two days in a row of them coming in my room when I’ve asked them not to did they even offer to reimburse me for a day no worst possible hotel ever.

Everything was dirty here. Staff not dressed appropriately. Staff took 25 minutes to find reservation. Towels had black stains and holes in them. Bathroom was not cleaned before we got there, almost fell from urine being by the toilet. Took a shower and walked across the floors, my feet were black from being filthy, I had to re-wash my feet and take my shoes with me to the bathroom as to not get my feet dirty again. The a/c was not on before we got there so it was 100 degrees in the room when we arrived. Reserved a non-smoking room and it smelled like a stale cigarette. I absolutely do not recommend staying here.
