Old, run-down hotel that definitely needs a thorough cleaning. While a few staff were courteous and helpful, many were very rude to customers. We had five rooms total and two had a/c issues. One of these was in the middle of the night. While the front desk staff member was amazing at 3:30 am when we woke up to no air, pouring sweat, the maintenence staff was horrible. We were told we could deal with it or go sit outside in the thunderstorm while it was changed out. It was over 80 degrees in our room! Would not ever return here!

The property was very large with lots of people. The dining room was huge. The bathrooms was very very small. You could hardly shut the door. I felt like the toliet was in the room.

Caffeine crash

This is an affordable nice place to stay. Weve stayed here often. They ran out of coffee cups though, and couldnt give anyone coffee that asked for it which i thought was kind of bad business. This place was fully booked. If you know youre having that many people, go to Sams Club and buy some cups for people. Lol...Overall, things were good!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The only thing I didnt like was while we were eating breakfast, a man came through trying to sell tickets and show packages. He was very friendly, but I don't want to be bothered while I am trying to enjoy my meal.

There was a large group at breakfast this morning. On the table it said to keep your stay there werent many places to sit and you werent allowed to take your food to your room. to 30 minutes or less.

It was a good stay. We only had 2 complaints. The pool in building 2 was pretty chilly. Hard to enjoy it with our kids. Also the pillows were pretty uncomfortable. Other than that, we liked the hotel and the people.
