We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the property and the pool and hot tub were nice also. My only issue is that we requested a late check out and had housekeeping continue to try to come in our suite despite my sign on the door. We were not dressed so it was frustrating because they kept trying to enter. Other than that, I had no issues and would definitely recommend.

Not worth the money

Resort with NO access to the water at all. Clean rooms but nothing fun to do other than the pool. Do not stay on the first floor, NOT a pretty view nor lake view. Nothing to see. You sign a paper that says NO pets , yet lots of people with pets. Not service dogs. Also make sure you get the gate code to access the resort. I would give it a 6/10 due to expensive for nothing.

Great place to stay

The condo was clean except for 2 spiders that we killed. The outside around the front door needed sweeping and bug removal. Overall super nice roomy place to stay. Furnished with all the amenities. Nice fitness room. Did not do any of the activities or use the pools. We loved the view of Table Rock Lake and the large screened in porch.

I would highly recommend westgate lake resorts, very nice people to deal with, our room appeared to be recently remodeled and it was very clean, i would definitely stay here again!

Advertised to have breakfast available daily for a fee and a restaurant on site, however neither of these were available making quick food options non existent. There was a “market” to purchase items but absolutely not how it was marketed. The space was “nice” if you’re just wanting to look at a nice interior however the quality of the remodel was extremely cheap. I mention this because we could hear EVERY breath of everyone surrounding us. When my husband went to the office to express his concerns, the concierge staff agreed with him. Thankfully they were very compassionate and stated that we could get a refund. We checked in around 4pm and checked out around 730pm as we could not stand to stay with all of the noise. Gorgeous views but definitely would not recommend if you’re wanting a peaceful, relaxing vacation.

This is a great condo we stayed 3 nights then drove up to Springfield for 3 days and we came back to Westgate for a week. We will for sure b back very clean very spacious. Amazing pool and hot tub they have paddle board and mini golf course. The gym was great to keep up w ur exercise routine and the pool table was fun.

When I booked the room it said balcony and showed a clear view of the lake from a balcony, when we go to our room it was on the ground floor with an enclosed patio with barely a view of the lake tide to a wall of trees and bushes 10’ out side of the patio, I requested to be moved to a room with a balcony as that is what I booked and was told that a room with a balcony was not available and that the pictures that are used are not always what people get. Very much disappointed as the balcony with a view of the lake was the reason I booked the room. Very disappointed!

Upon arrival we were told our room wasn’t ready which was fine we were early but then staff is trying to convince us to sign up for a breakfast to discuss a time share. I’m on vacation and didn’t expect to be harassed with a sales pitch. Had I know this property was going to do this I never would have booked. Few hours go by and finally at 5:30pm we’re told our room was ready. When I asked why it was so late when checkin was 4pm the front desk told me it’s not a guaranteed checkin time and I should take it up with Expedia. Zero apology and terrible customer service. To top it all off we paid extra for a room with a lake view and we were put on the bottom floor with absolutely no view of the lake because of the trees. Absolutely disappointing experience

The property was on the lake and you had the convience of a pool (outdoor and indoor) and hot tub. It had alot of activities for families with children. Out of own, not alot of traffic, but withing 20 min. to the Landing. The views were breath taken . If you enjoy specialty coffee's, 5 minutes from this location with a view of the town below. For families, cooking was available and grilling.
