I take full responsibility for scrolling past the first 30 or so of the 87 pictures to see the ACTUAL room I was getting and not the GLAMOUR suite I was not getting. Beyond that, the unit is a tired 1970-80s timeshare rental that has had one or two Sherwin Williams updates complete with a round toilet that fits one cheek, the door must be slammed to latch because it's been jimmied so many times, there isn't a closet or anywhere to hang clothes, the television remote and information is rudimentary, I didn't see any usb ports. The wifi is one unprotected system for the complex, i.e. there is not a password involved, it just connects with everyone else. The bed was comfortable, the location was great, gated so felt safe overall. Pet friendly at $150 non-refundable deposit. Marketplace "restaurant" was below gas station fare. We did not eat there. In the immortal words of Roger Daltrey, "we won't be fooled again"!

The room was very nice and clean. An element went out in the hot water heater, maintenance showed up within minutes of our call and had it repaired very quick. Excellent stay, highly recommend. We will definitely choose this property for our future Branson trips.

The staff was amazing! The check-in area was decorated beautiful. The rooms were clean and quiet. Chad and Liam were awesome. They both made the check-in process fun, friendly and joyous. They both gave us recommendations on things to do during our visit. We stayed only one night but the experience was so wonder that we have planned an trip to visit next month.

Will absolutely never stay here again! The whole three days we were there it sounded like there was a party going on from all adjoining rooms. Kids screaming and running around in the room and the mom screaming at them. Could hear the neighbors conversation about their sex life and the people above us were moving tables and chairs around all night to the point we left in the middle of the night. Contacted front desk about the noise and nothing was done about it. We used to love westgate but not anymore.

We have stayed here a couple of times and we always have a great time. We feel safe and clean while staying here, and that is really important. The only thing I didn’t care for was that there was no closet or place to hand out coats and some of the clothing we brought. But we had a smaller room. I know from previous stays that the other rooms have some really nice closets. The room we had this time had nothing. Not even coat hooks. Just something to keep in mind.

We only stayed one night, but would definitely stay again. Beautiful resort, very clean room, comfortable beds, shower was great, and over all a great stay. We didn't get a chance to use any of the amenities, but they looked amazing.
