Beds are firm (which we like). pillows not the fluffiest. Room was clean and spacious, air ran cold, service was good. Only complaint was that breakfast was very low quality. Biscuits hard as a rock. Cereal had a stale flavor. No protein.

Very clean, well maintained, nice though basic hotel. (Outdoor pool closed for winter) Breakfast had a waffles maker, biscuits and gravy, and cereal. Good king beds with nice memory foam mattress. Friendly, family run, hotel.

Pictures were misleading, it took 20 minutes to get hot water in the shower, they recently did a remodeling but the work that was done by someone that truly did not care about the job that they were doing. Whole room was dirty, bathroom especially. Would not recommend even in a pinch!!

During our stay there (six days). We got fresh towels twice and the beds made. No sign that the room was cleaned. Had to get toilet paper from the front desk twice since they never restocked. It was pretty quiet (off season). I was not expecting to pay a $100 deposit after paying a daily pet fee.

Mattresses both had filthy stains although covered up with a mattress cover. Marqee stated clean rooms and hot breakfast they had neither. Breakfast was not being offered this time of the year. Also theyvquited me 59.99(which is the peak season price) as a price when I called the fromt desk and yet on Expedia it was listed at $42. Very dissappinted

Room was cheap and basic, location worked for my needs. No frills. Negative for me is that they advertise a free breakfast (even on their street marquee sign) when you get to the property, there is a sign on the door says breakfast not offered during the Branson off-season. Would have gone elsewhere if that had been disclosed.

The room was fine the bed was comfortable however the parking lot was covered in snow didn’t even look like they even tried to clean it. So I tracked through the snow to get to the office as well to my room which in turn I tracked snow in my room. The location wasn’t convenient but that part is on me for not researching where the hotel was at when I booked the room.

We made reservations at least 45 minutes before arriving at the hotel around 2:50 am. It was really cold, it was winter weather outside. When we got to our room it was really really cold, we turned the heat on and it seemed to get a little warmer. When we woke up a few hours later it was almost as cold as when we first got into the room. The bathtub had hair all in it, thankfully we were just staying a few hours and didn't need to use it. Online says they offer breakfast, when we get there we're told breakfast is only for their peak seasons. The room space was good and it had a desk with two tables and the bedding was clean. All in all for a few hours to sleep it wasn't bad. I would not want to stay there for days at a time unless I bought my own cleaning supplies to clean.

The only complaint my fiance and I had was that it wasn't the cleanest hotel that we've stayed at... The bed was clean but the bathroom floor was sticky and the shower curtain appeared to have a bit of mold on it. Other than that, the staff was friendly and checking in and out was easy. However, we stayed on the 17th and the $100 deposit still hasn't fallen off of my card.
