HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!!! NO breakfast and no coffee as stated to be included. Room was freezing when we entered and never warmed up to what the heater was set to. They DO NOT offer soap to guests. Nor was there a trash can in our room. WE (3) were given 1 bath mat, 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel, and the shower took over night to drain from one of us showering. The towel rack along with a disgusting toilet plunger were sitting on the floor of the bathroom. Bathroom had "stuff" smeared on the wall. AND, the beds were VERY hard. The door to the pool room was cluttered with junk.... tv's, a wheel chair, etc, and inside around the pool actually had old mattresses and bikes lining the wall. We stayed here last year and it was fine, but not this year.

Honestly, this is the worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed in. If I had the energy, I would insist on a refund from hotels.com. The room was foul. The floor turned my white socks black from dirt. The bedspread had stains you would likely find in a brothel. The pillows had covers that didn’t look like pillowcases. I took clean shirts from my luggage and covered the pillows because I was afraid to put my head on them. Bathtub was filthy. Need I go on? Too much to list. This would be a great place to stay on a meth binge but if you are looking for a decent night sleep - go elsewhere. I am still a bit traumatized from the 7 hours I stayed there. I could not get out of there quickly enough. Next time I use hotels.com I will be sure to read (and believe) the reviews. My review is similar to everything I read after the fact!

So first and foremost, this property was the worst property that I have stayed at in a long time they charge $150 deposit fee to check in when you check in there’s no one at the front desk. The property is extremely filthy. Smells horrible. The rooms are outdated There’s holes in the wall. They don’t give you enough towels for my room. I only got one the staff is rude and it just was a horrible experience unfortunately I didn’t have the option of checking out when I checked in for the simple fact that I came there during the snowstorm, but my experience couldn’t have been worse. There were roaches in the room. The linens were stained even the iron board and iron were dirty they didn’t even look like they cleaned up before I arrived. The bathroom had stains and stuff stuck to the sink in the shower never got hot. I wouldn’t recommend this stay to my worst enemy. I really feel like this property should be shut down and it’s not fair that they’re able to trick people into staying there. None of the photos of the property actually match the property. It’s a complete false advertisement and lie.

Absolutely unsanitary there was mold rust holes in walls I checked in and left to look for another hotel. Came back and checked out they claimed I would be refunded and still have not. I have an infant and this was absolutely disgusting. I would never ever stay there at all.

Front desk not staffed. When someone did come, it took them three tries to make me a key that fit my room. Roaches in the room. Upon checking out, I discovered I had left an item behind. I called within 15 minutes of leaving there and was assured that it would be there when I came to get it later. When I just called now to double check as I am on my way, the man said he’s checked with housekeeping and they don’t have it. While it is my fault for leaving it there, someone did steal it. I won’t be back and will hesitate to book at ANY Econolodge in the future.

First off I was put in and upstairs room and no one to help me my luggage and no elevators and had to move my room downstairs. I was supposed to have a queen bedded ended up with two smaller beds. The room was too hot when I went in. Anyway moved the room downstairs and the beds had hair in them. One bed the pillows didn't have pillow cases. The housekeeper came in and just cleaned the floor and left the bathroom seat up after attempting to clean the toilet and the toilet was not cleaned and neither was the bath tub. You can see where others had stayed and damaged the room from before. It was not the best stay. When looking up the room it said there was breakfast and there was none and the same with the pool the pool was closed for the winter. Really was not the best stay.

Room had good lighting,room was nice and warm had hot water. walls could use some fresh paint, ceiling was very dusty, bathroom had smell of stagnant water. Tub had chipped enamel and mold around bottem of tub by floor. Outer sink was slow to drain. Beds were horrible, very old and saggy. Sheets smelled of detergent and made our skin itch.

Lobby small but nice, staff good. First room was not made up. 2nd room smelled bad, musty. 3rd room tolerable. REALLY needs an upgrade to the walls, doors, etc. drywall chipped, door not fitting well (cracks), curtain barely covers window. Sinks, toilet and shower were newer, nice. Bed was fine, comfy, looked clean. Nice to have Burger King and Circle K across street. All in all, what do you expect for $60. I would probably not stay here again, but it was OK for 1 night.

i was booked by expedia and the management didnt have a room when i arrived, they had to cancil me! (still not sure if i was refunded!) then because there was no rooms in the area available, my choices was to to sleep in my car or stay in a room that was rented to homeless people. i was horrified in what i was forced to sleep in. i slept in my cloths but it saved me from having to relieve and expose myself some place in the busy parking lot

The room was the worst room I ever stayed in. The worst part I had my 13 year old daughter and my ex. We were visiting our other 2 daughters who go to school in the area and we literally slept fully clothed from head to toe, lights on, I killed what look like a tarantula sized spider, it was crazy. It was run down, filthy, and it smelled so bad like a bar where everyone smoked cigarettes. The heating appliance when we turned it on cuz it was cold, blew out a huge cloud of dusk and toxic fumes. It made our eyes hurt and cough. we kept all our belongings elevated as to not touch the floor as too not have anything crawl in. We took a shower and there were only one towel and they don't have a telephone in the room so you have to walk all the way to the front office to get any assistance. The front desk counter person when I arrived was no where to be found, I kept calling the front office and yelling for anyone, this went on for at least 25 minutes at 11:30 pm and exhausted. we had to ask someone if they had any info on management and he gave me the front desk person room number and I went over and knocked on the door gently only to have the door opened and said to rudely and degrading. This person yelled at me telling me why am I knocking on his door and I explained we tried to call and look for help and, incredibly was so disrespectful and humiliating. he began in a loud aggressive voice saying next time just wait in the waiting never bother him in his room again!

Who paints a room without taking the curtains down first? Who puts blue painters tail around the frame of picture on the wall, paints around the picture then leaves the blue tape on? Who attaches a lampshade to a wall-mounted light with scotch tape and paper lips? How does an ironing board cover get that soiled? Didn’t even shower the next morning because that was the cleaner option! This is the type of place where one might find a chalk outline of a murder victims on the floor!

When we arrived we had to wait for someone to check us in.When we drove to our room the patking lot was full of sketchy people then we get in the room. It was dirty the bedspread had brown stains on it. There were holes in the walls and floor.The bathroom had no curtain in the window and the fire alarm was hanging by wires.My husband tried to turn the tv on nothing. We went to the front desk to complain and was told someone would be there soon.after waiting an hour and a half we decided enough was enough and we left. I feel sorry for anyone who books this hotel.

When I arrived on 11 Oct 25, I was informed I had no reservation as it had been canceled. Certainly not by me as I had paid my Visa on Oct 8th in full. Someone needs to explain to me where the money went and who canceled my stay. Not very easy on a Saturday night to find other lodging accommodations.
