This place was awful! We left less than an hour after arriving. I am highly allergic to mold and from the moment we entered our room I was hit hard. The moldy, mildewy smell was the first thing we noticed. Everything in the room was damp, bed linen, carpet, and the sofa my nephew was supposed to sleep on, all of it. I immediately called Hotels.com and they began working to get me a refund. Manager refused to refund the 1st night even though we literally stayed less than an hour. I am still waiting to hear back about they other 2 nights. Please if you value your health, don't stay at this hotel.

Very old and needs to be remodeled. Bathroom looked dirty. Toilet and shower need upgraded plumbing. Comfortable bed, but whole hotel needs to be redone.

Never stayed here before. Pleasantly surprised. Room was clean and modern, rd was comfortable, bathroom was great and shower was perfect.

Overall it was okay. Breakfast was very good. Staff was courteous and helpful. The pool had scum floating on top and dirt all over the bottom. The secure lock on the room door was loose and about to fall off.

House keeping tried open g my door at 8:20 ish. Was still in bed when I heard the door opening. Yelled out still in the room. No apologies, just left. Luckily the top door lock was open which keeps the door from being opened. I ask the front desk if house keeping keeps a long of what guests leave already. It’s disappointing experiencing this.

Good Stay in Brenham during Round Top Antique Fair

Value was good, overall. Service from the front desk was very good and helpful regarding restaurants in Brenham. Room was pretty clean, but bathroom could have been cleaner. Beds were very comfortable and had the non- feather pillows requested. The air conditioner worked well. Food at complimentary breakfast was fine, although a couple of things ran out on two different days. But only one elevator would be concerning for someone in a wheelchair or unable to walk down stairs, if it was not working.

Worst place EVER!

I have tried to message both HotelS. Com as well as Comfort Inn. We had to leave the same day we checked in due to the filth. I did take some pictures. It was so bad my husband had an asthma attack first thing. We had to find a place to stay later than we would’ve liked because neither one of us drive well at night.

Had two rooms. First room (#111) smelled terrible and ac unit was extremely loud. Second room surfaces were not clean and bathroom had mold on shower wall where the unit was pulling away from wall. Shower end would not fully engage do water pressure was not ideal.

Elevator sounded loud I was afraid it would stay stuck every time I would use it , the first young girl at the counter was very nice and made the check in easy , on my check out day an older lady was in the front desk she was looking at us in a very rude manner , made me feel very uncomfortable,
