Excellent hotel in Brenham

Stayed here as a quick trip into Brenham from Houston, Audrey the front desk clerk was amazing very polite and sweet. The room was perfect for what we needed. The next morning is where thing fell a little under par the gentleman working the breakfast area was rude when I proceeded to tell him I didn’t appreciate the way he moved my plate of food as I was in the middle of making a waffle he said he was just cleaning up (8am) again no reason to touch my plate, as he walked away he was cussing, very unprofessional.

The property itself was good, our room was cleaned but housekeeping did leave a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower curtain bar in our bathroom. That did not deter us from staying in our room as it was a quick overnight trip for softball.

Very well maintained and staffed. The food service was very nice and accomodating. Eating area was very comfortable; room was quiet and comfortable. Definitely recommended. Will stay again.

As always Hampton did not disappoint. It was clean, comfortable, and very sweet staff. If I ever need to stay in this area again, it will definitely be here!
