Book Brentwood Deer Park Station hotels

Room was clean, but dated. Sadly, the air conditioning did not work at all even after we had someone come take a look and supposedly fixed it. It was 74 degrees in the room at all times for two days. Breakfast is cook to serve for $15 per person. Good point, at least the don't make you pay for self parking in their parking lot like Holiday Inn Express.

Check in was great until I was told I had to pay for parking but confirmed with other friends that stood there they were not charged. i have been to this location several times and never had to pay. Bunch of smokers on the property. Major concern the cleanliness of the room unacceptable. The room appeared outdated and poorly maintained, with yellowing walls and visible signs of deterioration, i found public hairs on both my sheets & towels. I stayed for a week thinking the replacement sheets and towels would be cleaner and the same issue. I usually do not leave negative feed back but was so unhappy especially traveling from Florida just wanted to relax.

Room was good.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was updated and clean however, the shower spray was sparse and light and not adjustable The breakfast room being part of the lobby is very odd and not very practical. The front desk is only about 6 feet from a table where you’re eating. People are walking by you with their suitcases and the doors are continuously opening and allowing cold air to blow in. Breakfast was not enjoyable.

Breakfast was good.

Parking was easy. Only stayed one night and staff was very accommodating
