The room was clean but the bed was horrible. The mattress wasnt comfortable at all. My room.had double bed and my guest was very disappoinnted and this was his first stay. Didnt make me feel good about that.

First, we were not advised ahead of time the pool was closed for renovations, they told us when we got there and of course we could not cancel because we would still get charged, second of all the Air conditioner was not working, the room was hot at 75°, turned the thermostat all the way down to 54° and still the room would not cool down, I called the front desk, after 15 minutes waiting for them to answer the phone I let them know and the guy said oh! Let me put put you on hold for a moment, had me on hold for 22 minutes and I hung up the phone and still had to sleep in a hot room. First and last time I stay there. My stay was on june 12, 2025 also called for an extra towel NEVER GOT IT

I took my Mom in a Bday trip. The bathroom was dirty. Used Qtips on the counter. The floor, and shower had hair and debris. The furniture is very old and outdated. Even the woood panel mini fridge. I was very disappointed in the at what was presented

It was a very nice stay. Very quiet and clean. The only drawback was the room had no directory listing a map of the hotel, food options in the area, and just usual information.

When we first arrived to the property from out of state, we were 30 minutes early for checking in. There was only VIP check in and another set of check out windows. The property seemed well taken care of for the areas I observed. Because of the constant amount of activity taking place (the casino and restaurants) people seem to always be coming and going which could be good or bad depending upon why you booked a room here in the first place.

I didn't like that the machines are so tight couldn't win a dime, LOL. What I did like was the fact that it was extremely clean and everyone was very polite and accommodating. I will visit there again
