Average hotel, I’ll stay elsewhere next time

We booked a room with a king sized bed, got a small room with a queen bed. The main reason we booked this hotel was because of the hot tub which they no longer have. Also construction going on leaving the side door blocked with construction equipment and dirty carpet tracking down the hall.

Our room was okay but th bathtub drain was clogged and backed up while taking shower. The hotel offered a partial refund but said Expedia needed to call them to request it and then reimburse us. Please do this on our behalf.

Not happy at all. We were lied to about there being a hot tub where the pool is. Thats why we chose this hotel because we were excited to finally use a hot tub. Also wasnt informed before booking that there is a 170 dollar hold. So we weren't prepaired. The girl that checked us in wasnt very friendly. When we asked about the pool hours for the hot tub she laughed at us and said we dont have one anymore. And i said what this is why we booked our stay. On expedia it shows a pool and hot tub in the pool area. We were so disappointed in this trip.

Property is under heavy renovations. This should be disclosed at the time of booking. The place is generally dirty and smells bad in the common areas. The breakfast area was surprisingly clean and well run compared to the rest of the building.

It was a wonderful stay. The blonde lady ( sorry I am so bad with names) was absolutely wonderful! The red head night person...not so much. Room was clean, shower was awesome!! Pool was smallish but refreshing!! Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms serviced only every 3 days

We had a two night stay. When we came back the second day, the room had not been touched. Bed unmade, no clean towels, no service at all. We were told at the front desk that they only service rooms every three days! That's what they charge over $150/night for?!?
