Weekend stay

Stayed at this hotel for a family wedding. Overall cleanliness is great, however we never received room service and when we asked for new towels we had to get them ourselves as they didn’t have staffing to deliver them. Casino has pretty strict rules but not enough staffing to show you how to use the slot machines (I’m not a gambler) had to wait along time for drinks. The pub food is so so, service was great, staff friendly.

One of the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Dining at the casino was of great quality. More wait staff is needed for how busy the restaurant gets. The casino does plenty of business and should consider adding more tables for table games.

It was quite and friendly. only thing is in my hurry to check out I left my dress over the chair by the desk. It is cream with pink flowers. I left a message with housekeeping with my phone #, and room # 310 on 8/15/2025. I have not heard from anyone. But still I would stay again.

The stay was good the dining was great only thing that I didn’t like was they didn’t clean the room and bring new clean towels and take the old ones alway when you stay for a couple nights even when you put the clean room sign on the door.
