Great location. Most of the restaurants and businesses around the hotel are closed or for sale. Looks like the area was a going down. The hotel is in need of a renovation.

The staff was on point! Nice little bar area to wind down in. The room was clean and smells good. Sheets and towels were clean and soft. Was close enough for walking to restaurant's near by. Wal-Mart and Lowe's within 1 mile. Will stay here on every visit to Tri-Cities.
