Front desk checkin was quick and informative...friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was okay...nothing spectacular but ok..eggs had texture of a boxed powder mix. The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was outside trash overflow on first floor side exit door. Need to empty more frequently. Perkins restaurant was nice to have right next door. Overall good hotel.

Booked my room 2 months in advance and was told my room was unavailable after I had stayed in another room at that hotel the night before. Desk clerk could only repeat the same thing over and over and offer me a double queen bed at their already increased race weekend rate and not even discounted for the inconvenience. If it were not for it being my anniversary and 500 miles from home I would have left.

Missy at the desk was exceptional, extremely warm & welcoming, made the check in process super easy and gave recommendations for places in the area. The rooms were also clean and comfortable

I WISH I could give this place 0 stars. I am never one to write bad reviews because I understand everyone is trying their best, but this was a HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!! We were doing a cross-country road trip and just needed the bare essentials out of a hotel. After an exhausting day of driving we arrive at the hotel and upon entering our room we find STINK BUGS! They were on the pillows, on the sheets, on the counter, on the air conditioning vent. EVERYWHERE!!! Disgusting!! We ended up having to book at another hotel down the street. Even still, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was a one off mistake and calmly called a few days later concerning a refund. When I called and spoke to the manager, LJ, her tone throughout the conversation did not express the least bit of surprise when hearing about my experience, making it seem as though this was not the first time. On top of that, she NEVER ONCE apologized for the conditions, the inconvenience, or ANYTHING!! I would NEVER recommend this hotel to even my worst enemy. Calling this "Quality Inn" is a JOKE!

Good enough

This was an average experience. I was in a small room with one queen bed and all basic needs. I didn’t spend much time there. I didn’t use the breakfast but others seemed to enjoy it. I had a fly in the room that bothered me some, I just swatted it away from me. Parking space was a problem when coming in late at night. I worried some about my car.

Friends Funeral

I went to Bristol, Va. For a dear friends funeral. my stay was was very comfortable, the room was was clean, which with me is very important. There was a bus load of teenage track team so the hotel was booked solid. The drsk clerks (day & night.) Were very helpful with my reservation, i had plans to stay 3 nights but changed my mind and wanted to change to 2 nights. They were friendly and accommodating. Definitely stay there again.

Dishonest. Bldg. needs repairs.

Outdoor air drifted in around perimeter of the heating unit. Had to tuck & stuff pillow's around the heating unit in between the unit and the built-in wood surround! Had to put both top bed covers at base of window to block more cold air. Hall carpet saturated road dust from rock salt. Hall carpets weren't vacuumed twice. Had to keep towels across bottom of entry door. American Staffers provided friendly service with a smile unlike India staffers. India female housekeeper was rude to 2 Female Guests accused them of trying to get extra towels & refused to give them extra towels. Causing one of them to speak to the India male India male that generally there each day [nice, honest man!]. One evening, female staffer told my daughter to wait until time to checkout to rebook our room. Yet hotel staff had booked our room by 8:45 AM long BEFORE our checkout time! RUDE! India female Housekeeper pounded on our door yelling "We must hurry-up and leave the room!" Our elderly Mother was extremely sick + barely able to walk. Her illness required constant, frantic, immediate, fast-paced attention holding us up from expedient packing/departure! We expedited our leaving as fast as possible. Later same day called to rebook & staffer lied [per employee's across the street] saying, "Hotel was 'Fully Booked', no available rooms." Employee's across the street swore that was not truthful and how they knew it was not truthful. One even called to book a room & was told a room was available!
