There was never anyone at the front desk. My key card stopped working multiple times, I had to keep getting it reactivated. When it came time to checkout, no one was at the front, I waited over 10 minutes, was saying “hello? Hello?” and finally just left.

I would give it 5 stars but the key cards to our room were deactivated every day. It was frustrating having to go down to the front desk to get them activated. Either the staff did not activate them for the 3 days we were there or their activation equipment is not working but nobody ever owned up to it. The hotel was quiet and everything was clean. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is very good but the coffee was barely lukewarm the second day of our stay. Overall, we were happy with our stay and this was our second time here.

The location was convenient, but the walls in the rooms are too thin. We could hear the people next to us. The towels and especially the wash cloths need replacing.
