The room was very clean. The free coffee at the lounge was frequently filled, which was great. It was convenient that we could use the microwave at the lounge. The lady at the front desk was nice.

Super clean, friendly staff, great coffee, good location (near Glacier). We went in to town a couple nights - fantastic restaurants & grocery store. Starbucks is also very close. Bed was very comfortable & balcony was a nice surprise!

Great spot!!

Great location. Coffee and tea available all the time. Nice water dispenser with ice to take with you before your hikes. Close to the village with good food to eat and grocery store. Beds were super comfortable! Also a microwave in the lobby which was very convenient to warming up food prior to our hikes.

The hotel rooms were nicely updated and clean, but unfortunately the walls and ceilings were paper-thin. We could hear everything happening in nearby rooms. The bed was also extremely firm, which made it difficult to get comfortable. As for amenities, there was only coffee available in the lobby and a single shared microwave, which was a bit inconvenient. On the bright side, every staff member we interacted with was helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to assist us. They were truly the highlight of our stay. The location is about a 20-minute drive from the West Glacier entrance, which made it a convenient base for exploring the park. For future improvements, I’d recommend adding microwaves to the rooms, offering a continental breakfast, creating a small fitness center, and adding a hot tub or pool to enhance the guest experience.

New, modern lodge 15 minutes from the GNP gate

We booked this lodge back in January for our stay last week. Great lodge, new, comfortable bed. There is no cleaning service or anything unless you ask, but we just asked to have our trash emptied and get new towels. There is coffee and tea available in the lobby. There is a person at the desk only during the day and one day was a man who didn’t seem to speak English and wouldn’t give us a bag for our ice bucket because it didn’t know where they were, but otherwise the other gal was helpful. A very hands-off approach to a hotel, but we aren’t too needy, so it was fine! The shower was beautiful but the water pressure was terrible. The best part of this lodge was the location. Between Kalispell and the front gate of Glacier NP and a Starbucks is walking distance!

I see people complain about the noise. These are the same people who never leave their vehicles in the park. If you’re truly enjoying the outdoors… you’ll be exhausted and appreciate the clean environment and bed. Slept like a log.

We had a fantastic stay at the Wonderstone Motel! The room was spotless and felt fresh thanks to recent renovations. Wi-Fi speed was excellent—perfect for streaming or getting work done. We loved the convenient coffee station in the lobby, and the beds were super comfortable. Plus, it’s only a 20-minute drive to the west entrance of Glacier National Park, making it an ideal base for exploring. Highly recommend!

Great hotel for going to West Glacier. Perfect location, clean and comfy beds and bathroom, free ice and coffee, and fridge in room. Newly updated style and classy place. Would highly recommend for hikers and families.

Stayed in the "micro queen" which we would not do again. Last year we stayed in a king/larger room and it was overall fantastic and a very big room (almost unnecessarily so), so we thought we could do the micro queen room...it is a LOT smaller than the bigger room. There is basically zero storage so it felt a little too cramped for 2 people. The towels felt a little damp when we arrived but they changed them out. We were impressed last year right after they opened the renovated rooms, but this year I felt that it wasn't worth the nearly doubled room rate (same dates) for a room less than half the size.

The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. The location was a perfect distance to nearby towns and the entrance to the park. The room we had was a queen size room, and our only complaint would be that there is nowhere to put anything because the room is very small. Other than that, I would have read it as excellent!
