The hotel rooms were nicely updated and clean, but unfortunately the walls and ceilings were paper-thin. We could hear everything happening in nearby rooms. The bed was also extremely firm, which made it difficult to get comfortable.
As for amenities, there was only coffee available in the lobby and a single shared microwave, which was a bit inconvenient. On the bright side, every staff member we interacted with was helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to assist us. They were truly the highlight of our stay.
The location is about a 20-minute drive from the West Glacier entrance, which made it a convenient base for exploring the park.
For future improvements, I’d recommend adding microwaves to the rooms, offering a continental breakfast, creating a small fitness center, and adding a hot tub or pool to enhance the guest experience.
