Booked this hotel two hours before I got there we had a situation where we couldn’t make it no more and they would not even refund half of the hotel money i payed. Every other hotel would have understand and at least gave me a partial refund. Will not be staying here.

The room had an animal odor like a dog. We were to tired to complain. Otherwise everything else was awesome. I forgot to stress no dog room, I have allergies to animals. Won't forget next time.

Front desk staff was OK just very cautious to give a bottle of water to one guest and not to my wife. We bought water outside the hotel. The cleaning people were very cautious with the towels, my guess is they have people taking towels with them. The breakfast was good and the people that attended the breakfast were very nice!
