Nice if you don’t mind the smell of paint.

The clerk was very nice to offer us foam pillows when we told her we were allergic to the feather pillows provided. The room was nice but the hotel was being renovated. I think the price should be less when the hotel is under renovation. I wanted to use the main floor restroom when we arrived from a long drive there and it did not even have a door because it was off being painted.

The property in in the middle of a remodel, so Im not holding that against them. However, my room had the worst mattress Ive e er had in a hotel. It was hard and lumpy. I never found a comfortable spot. After the remodel is completed this could change to meriting 5 stars if the remodel includes new mattresses.

I loved that it was very quiet and everyone there was very polite. The staff was very fast in making sure everything was taken care of. They were even very helpful to a momma traveling alone with a baby. I will definitely stay again when traveling back.

Must Read! Amazing Stay!

We had a great time celebrating our baby boy turning 12! The king suite with the extra bedroom was so nice and it made our boy and his friend feel so grown up having their "own room" Thank you for making this trip amazing. The staff were so friendly, the place was immaculate clean, the pool was great- it was the perfect temperature and was not overpowered by chemicals, breakfast was great, and even though we did not travel with pets, I loved that this was an option! It is so hard to find a clean hotel that allows your animals with you. We appreciate you guys and we WILL be back!

Was very impressed at first the property looked updated and smelled clean throughout the building. That’s where the good ends. We couldn’t get connected to the WiFi in our room on any of our devices so we called the front desk and went down for them to help and as soon as we left the room we were able to connect, back in the room it would disconnect. Was told by the front desk that the hotel was fully booked and nobody else complained so he didn’t know what to tell us. Spent the entire 5 day stay with no WiFi in our room. The bedroom ac/heating unit did not work for the entire stay. There were fake flower pedals left behind a door from the previous guests, to me indicating corners are cut during cleaning if they didn’t look behind the door. The hotel was under renovations and the contractors were leaving power tools and paint buckets laying in the hallway. We had to have our room keys replaced 3 times as they kept disconnecting and would lock us out of everything. At first we thought this was our own doing until the last time one of the keys we did not touch or use from the desk to our room and it still did not work. Breakfast had plenty of options but was very bland. The laundry room was infested with lady bugs.
