Great location, great amenities, great breakfast.

Large resort style place, breakfast was hearty and convenient. Gym has real weights. Plenty of parking and the Bryce shuttle picks up out front. Wish we had more time, would gladly stay again.

Ok nothing great except for Bryce Canyon it's self

Ruby's Inn is old with character.It was our first time there.The maid service for the rooms was very good.We had breakfast every morning of our stay and the restaurant staff were helpful and courteous.The reception staff were a different story.They could do with a refresher course on how to interact with guests.Seeing Bryce Canyon was worth the trip but we would choose an other hotel if we decide to make the trip again from southern Utah

Exceptional customer service from front desk to the restaurant. The general store has everything you need from groceries to souvenirs. Very clean and well maintained property. Very convenient shuttle stop to Bryce Canyon right inside the property.

Nice but could have been quieter

Was given a room in the Aspen Lodge, which was super convenient for in/out purposes. Room was nice enough. Only issue we had was - since we were an end room - people loitering about outside our window and talking while we were trying to sleep. Overall, this was a minor inconvenience. Great place to stay with an interesting story.

Older hotel rooms need updating. Stepped on a thorn in room. Grout in bathroom looked dark/dirty. Felt I was rolling to center of mattress . Staff was very helpful and friendly. Best coconut creme pie!

We really enjoyed staying at Ruby’s Inn. The room was nice. It was great that there was a sink in the bathroom and another one outside with a huge countertop for all necessities. Location was great. We had meals at the adjacent restaurant, and the buffet was fantastic. The ambiance of the lodge and the restaurant was so charming. Having a store at the property was really convenient. The pool was nice. The breakfast was included with our stay and was wonderful. I think it is a really good value for the money. The only thing I would suggest is to add another shower for the pool, and each of the showers to have individual curtains. Now there is one curtain for both showers, and if one person goes, no one else can use it.

Room not ready after check in

Check in was ok, but our room was nowhere near ready for us even a half hour after check in time. Very frustrating. Room heater was noisy and wouldn’t stop running, even when shut off. Finally had to unplug it and go without heat in order to have quiet conditions to sleep. Walls are thin and adjacent guests were very noisy. Room was very large and the breakfast buffet was good. Overall, wouldn’t stay there again.

Older property. Totally met our needs for convenience and safety. Paint peeling on the exterior. World tiniest shampoo (0.75 oz bottle) and was extremely difficult to to squeze out. Next time I'd bring my own. Comfortable bed.

Nice Accomodations at a good price

The hotel was nice, and fit well with the area. The hotel complex included a lodge, a large gift shop and small grocery store, as well as a business area and a restaurant with a Buffett. A full American breakfast buffet was included in the price. Ruby was an early settler in Bryce Canyon and started his hospitality endeavors in the 1910’s. Ruby’s brand is seen throughout the town. I would definitely stay here again.
