Enjoyed our long weekend stay at this property while we explored Bryce and Grand Staircase. Though we were out hiking during the day when we came back there was always a parking spot next to our room, it was quiet, the room had ample space and was extremely clean. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub and pool every evening. They also had a wonderful workout room. Since we visited in off season things close earlier but we just planned ahead for things you might need at a store. Look forward to coming back again!

Second time staying here, the hotel is a piece or art- wooden lodge style, very clean, excellent customer service at front desk, restaurant, etc., beds comfortable, great amenities- restaurant, convenience store, art gallery all attached to the hotel.

A huge staff that does not speak English. VERY frustrating! ONE local boy worked in the grill, he spoke English and was VERY helpful! It is a slap in the face to the locals, by hiring foreign workers that do not speak English.

Time to renovate!

This was definitely off seaon, but we were given a room in a building that wasn't supposed to be used. They brought a key for a new room, in a nearly deserted building. It was below freezing outside and our room was so hot, we turned the heat off whike we slept because the temp wouldn't adjust down. Turned it back on in the morning when it was 6 degrees, and it took forever to heat up. They definitely need to upgrade equipment. The food was mediocre at dinner, and breakfast was slightly less than mediocre. Ki da surprising, and made us wonder if it was because it was off seaon?

Beautiful, clean lodge where we enjoyed great meals and good service. I had the trout with baked potato, zuppa toscana soup, and salad bar for dinner. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. I’ll be back.
