Great access to Bryce, obviously. Large venue with dining options, ready to shuffle big crowds; the buffet was pretty good. The room was clean but nothing special. Bryce is the draw.

Felt very touristy... but maybe because it's legit... but the staff where not overly helpful. Internet issues the first day, and I had to call a customer support line - turned out the issue was *just* that I was given the wrong wifi router name. The food was... eh... it was a buffet. It was ok for dinner, but breakfast was wanting. Trouble is that there weren't many other options. That said, EVERYONE there was having a great time and was super happy!

The property location was great, since it felt central to everything, and very close to the park entrance. Multiple restaurants close by, souvenir shopping, access to rentals. Etc I do wish the activities desk had more information regarding tourist attractions, and was open longer especially around the holidays. The convenice/gift shop was huge and had a lot of great selections and some very useful things. The breakfast buffet was very good!! Bright, lively atmosphere and welcoming people! Enjoyed our stay very much!

We loved everything about this property!!! Our room was clean & cozy, plenty of parking, plenty spots to eat, Rodeo across the street !!!! great entertainment across the street!!! Location! Location! We stayed at the Best Western Ruby Inn for two nights while visiting Bryce Canyon, and while the location is hard to beat, the overall experience fell short — especially for the price. Pros: • You can’t beat the proximity to the park. It’s super convenient for early morning hikes and quick returns after long days on the trail. • The on-site general store was genuinely helpful for grabbing snacks and essentials. • The grilled cheese at the restaurant was surprisingly good, and our room was adequately clean. But there were several downsides: • The beds were extremely firm, which made it difficult to rest and recover after hiking all day. Comfort really matters in a location like this. • TV didn’t work, and even if it had, the quality was poor. Not a huge deal for us, but disappointing nonetheless. • Laundry area had no change machine, which felt like a basic oversight. • Water pressure was weak, and parking lot conditions weren’t great — uneven and crowded. • While staff at the front desk were polite and tried to be helpful, it seemed clear the hotel was understaffed. • Breakfast doesn’t start early, which is frustrating when sunrise hikes are the highlight of the park experience. Overall, this place works if proximity is your top priority — and in Bryce, options are limited — but be ready to compromise on comfort and convenience. With a few upgrades, it could be much better.

The hotel was decent. The building we stayed in could use some updates. The breakfast was decent as well but if you can, stock up on supplies before you go to Bryce. The general store at the hotel is expensive.
