Very good

Beautiful setting away from the masses in canyon village. The pine trees are amazing. Why fight the crowds? If you want to visit the park it’s 5 minutes away.
Clean shower and toilet.
Liked having a refrig.
Quick response when could not find off switch for heater on when we arrived.
Brown carpeting was kind dirty/gross.
Lighting was low and did not like large overhead light.
Did not like that there was no one at property if problem were to arise.
Bed not comfortable.
Tables were all scratched up.

Disliked: Amenities
We didn’t like the small rooms but appreciated the ftidge and coffee pot. No amenities sush as shampoo…
Front desk opens at 9am but the ice machine is locked in the front office…not convenient to us.
No early checkin but it was apparent they had clean rooms avail.
I would never stay there again… there are better places down the road

Liked: Cleanliness
Front desk guy was pleasant. Nice, quiet area that was pretty close to Bryce Canyon. The pool looked inviting but we hiked so long that we couldn’t enjoy it. Room was fine, could have been a little cleaner. Microwave didn’t work so great. Ice machine was in lobby area that closes at 7:30pm so luckily the bar/restaurant gave up some. We would visit again!
Doing a cross country trip. This was our 30th hotel. Compared to everything we’ve been in, It was a quaint, but lovely place to stay. It was very quiet which was a big plus! We were surprised at how clean everything was and how cozy it felt. The beds were nice, the sheets were the softest we had slept in throughout our trip. The refrigerator was very cold, the microwave was new and working. Hot water was very hot and the cold water was very cold. The shower felt great. The Restaurant in the parking lot served good food and great service. The Prosecco we had was so cold and delicious! All in all, we were very surprised and would definitely stay here again!
Electrical outlets are outdated and loose. The lamp between the beds kept sparking. Bulbs were burnout. Toilet leaked the entire stay. Room was dusty. Refrigerator made a weird popping/snapping sound. Could not report these issues to management because of their limited desk hours.
Nice rooms, beds, and pillows. Outside is a little rune down, but rooms are nice. They have a small frig and microwave. Lobby is only open 9am-7:30pm so have to get ice during that time.
The carpet need to be shampooed. The tile floor in the bathroom needed to be scrubbed. The curtain rod almost fell down and was hanging by the middle bracket.
On the plus side, the cafe was excellent in all ways.
This is not cloae to Bryce Canyon entrance. Old Motel qith yucky forest green carpet, squeeky beds. Shower head so low not for a tall person, parking right outside doors so noise from others coming and going got loud.
