Not sure why it is called a ‘resort’, should be titled as rustic motel or motor inn. No microwave in room and the mini fridge froze our food. The free breakfast left alot to be desired, even after running out of food one hour into the 2 hour window.

The room had a very strong chemical smell and we needed to leave the door open for a while to let it air out. The room was also dated and felt very dark and not cozy, which is in strong contract to its cabin-looking exterior. Breakfast was absolutely not worth it - eggs were just crumbles, and there wasn’t a large selection. Location made up for the negatives somewhat - it’s only a five minute drive from the hotel to the Bryce gates.

The bathroom was not real clean. A dirty towel was left hanging in the closet. The bathroom was not cleaned well. The tv didn’t work but the guy came fast and was very nice and efficient. We did like the location. Shops close by and bike trails. The complementary breakfast was not very good. The only thing I’d give an excellent rating is the staff. They were wonderful.

Worse dump ever booked , far from a resort , shower doors broken and handle to operate it fell off and couldn’t be put back on, dirty , mold in bathroom , animals chewing in walls , disgusting pool area , nauseating breakfast ! We had an overall nice stay at this motel. The room was large and clean, had WiFi, and they did provide plenty of towels. The staff were friendly. However, there were several things that were not satisfactory. The main things were the overall lack of 21st century technology - no outlets or device plugs anywhere near the bed, and the room was very outdated, no way to contact the front desk (no phones in room), no mattress pad (just a cover for the top, which doesn’t promote confidence in these days of bed bugs), the shower faucet was very difficult to turn and navigate, the only clock in the room was on the other side of the room from the bedside. Most of these could be addressed very easily and would make a lot of difference in customer satisfaction. There is nothing ‘resort’ like about the place, but it provided the basic necessities.

We found this hotel to be very basic. The room we had did not have a phone in it, but it did have a refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom door handle fell off in my hand as well as the locking mechanism which we were able to put back on, but was in need of repair. There was plenty of towels, but very little shampoo and soap. They had a coffee maker and Supplies that you could use in the room. The room was dated, but the bed was comfortable and had clean linens. We had to pay a resort fee which we found rather odd since there was really nothing to do at the hotel Complex itself when questioned they said it was because they were located close to the Bryce Canyon and therefore they could charge extra. It was $15 per room. The electrical outlets were very few and far between. Some were up high, which were not conducive to charging cell phones with short courts. We had issues with our television getting it to work.It was a non-smoking room however it could use a good airing out. There wasn’t many places around to eat, but they did have one located near our hotel room. When we booked our reservation, breakfast buffet was included with our purchase. The breakfast included pancakes. We think they were powdered eggs, potatoes, sausage, rounds, toast, or cereal, coffee, and juice,There was a laundromat facility on site as well as an ice machine. They’re Vending Machine was totally empty. They did have a few things for sale in the hotel lobby, but not much.

Owner needs to care more about their business

Needs a serious update. Exposed pipes in tub. Way over priced. Someone needs to help them with the breakfast service or just don’t offer it. Hotels.com should drop them. The rate they have must be fake.

Great location, close, but not too close

Great location. Subway & resturant & bar on site. Older but well designed for comfort. Write up said 20 min walk to Park entrance...but that was the turn off to the park...another 30 min to walk to shuttle at entrance. Not quite walkable but definitely bikeable

I was admitted to the ER the day before the check-in date after booking the room the day prior. I called to cancel or reschedule to the following weekend or have a credit for the future and it wasn't allowed, probably would of enjoyed the stay and recommended to stay here to future customers but i think management should look into cancelation policies and have some exceptions. Ill be booking with a different hotel next time.

This property needs a lot of work from repairs to upgrading TV's. Room had a small (24") TV that did not even work. Breakfast was over cooked sausage patties, powdered eggs and very limited. lady overseeing the breakfast looked like she did not want to be there and sat behind podium the entire time looking at her phone.
