Close to free shuttle to Bryce Canyon National Park. Close to the main dining, shopping and entertainment options in the area. Easy walk across the parking lot to included breakfast. Breakfast options included scrambled eggs, fresh apple or orange, juice, oatmeal, yogurt and pastries. Plenty of seating for tour bus groups in dining area.

The stay was very good. The only negative was the front desk person Sara on the morning of Sept 12. She was rude to the woman before me and when I asked for a receipt she snarkily said “check your email, we sent it to you.’ Is told her we hadn’t received it and when I gave her the email, she said “it must have been illegible.” I have dealt with customers all my life and that is not how I would respond. She was also on her phone and I had to address her first when I walked in. Everyone else that we dealt with there was amazing.

This is a beautiful place to stay and for a very great price. The breakfast could have been better but overall it was a great place!

It’s an older updated model, I found it was worth the price, went across street to ruby’s WB and used pool and jacuzzi, our key cards open the doors, small perk unknown

Good value and close to the park entrance. The visitors center within the Ruby properties was very helpful in planning our trip through Bryce. Our only negative was the pillows - too small and not comfortable.

good location, near the park entrance the rooms are better than they were 3 years ago we would have liked if the included breakfast would have been at Ruby's like it used to be in former years it is a good place just to spend the nights when you are visiting the park every day

I Wouldn’t Recommend

It was a very tired property with no tv reception. When we called the front desk, they weren’t particularly friendly but told us they’d send someone over but they never did. Bedding was minimal but they did provide a lot of towels. Pillows were uncomfortable and breakfast was marginal.

First, the location was very good, however the room was small. The bathroom was small, the water was cloudy. The floor of the bathroom and sink area were covered with a material like wallpaper. It was bunched up in parts of the very small floor area. The beds were very lumpy and soft, as well, the sheets were really worn, it had pilling on it. Lastly, the woman at the front desk was unfriendly and had a frown the 2 times I had to have contact with her. I would not return and don’t recommend this lodge. When I asked about the cloudy water, I was told the water was hard, but drinkable. But she did not recommend it for drinking and said use bottle water instead!!!
