We arrived and saw the sign that said please excuse the inconvenience as they are doing upgrades to the hotel (upgrades were be in g done on the exterior). In our room it looked like the decor is still from the 90’s, the bath drain was super slow so when you took a shower you were standing in a pool of water and the bathroom floor linoleum had water damage so the flooring was bubbled in places. The breakfast was limited in selection.

This is an old property that is starting (?) renovation. It is tired. The entry door frame was damaged with metal sticking out, the furniture was in poor condition, the bathroom floor squeaked badly as you stood on it.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was excellent. It is a motel and was remodeling. It was very close to Bryce Canyon.

This is an older establishment which they are remodeling, putting new siding and roofs on all the buildings. Inside is still dated. Felt the price was too high for what I had to pay to stay there. We paid $175+ tax and fees, but the day that we got there, the price had dropped to $110 on Expedia but I could not be given any difference as they have a 24 hour policy of rate change. Way too much money for the room. It was only worth $100 a night.

The hotel was rundown the people at Ruby’s in activity center were rude and would not help with anything. Ruby’s in restaurant was no good. The overall day was average could’ve been a lot better. It definitely wasn’t worth $180 a night.
