POCONOS - Buck Hill Falls home sits on golf course

Our association DOES NOT allow weekend rentals anymore, has to be minimum of 30 days. If you want to mix and match weeks will allow, you just need to contact us before booking to make sure weeks are available. Here is a chance to have your perfect getaway for the summer. No hassle of packing up your suitcase and hauling your clothes each weekend when you will have the convenience for the entire month.

Enjoy the amenities of the community using our (3) 9 hole golf course, Olympic size heated swimming pool, new pickle ball courts with heated floors, tennis courts, gym and hiking trails that leads to our own falls!! There is a clubhouse on premises with a restaurant open for lunch and dinner and a bar.

Enter into a 2 story foyer that leads to an open effect living room and dining room which has cathedral ceilings, then exits to a screened in deck. The rear deck is illuminated with lights and has a large gas grill and searing burner to make that perfect juicy steak. Also, open deck with with rail flower pots.

The living room has 2 loveseats with electric recliners and built in USB ports at each seat to charge your phones and a large tv with 4k options. A stone fireplace with propane gas is relaxing to watch at night.

The dining room is open with a high pub style table and 6 chairs with lots of windows. A tiled bar separates the dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has all of the appliances such as refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, glass surface mount stove, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee pot and wine cooler which has a blue light to turn on when it is dark. Lots of cabinets filled with an assortment of drinking glasses, dishes, pots/pans, silverware, grilling accessories, baking accessories, air fryer, glass beverage holder and so much more.

Enter into the pantry area with lots of shelving and cabinets filled with waffle maker, pancake griddle, clam pot and serving platters. Also a full size washer and dryer. This room has a door exiting to the front porch, perfect for bringing in groceries without walking around thru the main entrance.

Behind the living room enjoy a second location to watch tv. Not to interfere with the main living room, there are double doors to close and make it private. This room can also be used as another bedroom with a pull-out sofa that has a very thick queen size mattress. Below the tv are drawers filled with games such as dominoes, LCR, cards, board games and puzzles.

Large master bedroom located on first floor has private deck with seating for 2 including a table and umbrella. The bedroom, has a queen size bed with a dual controlled heated mattress pad, a large 6 drawer dresser and end of bed there are additional drawers filled with blankets. A large walk-in closet with shelving, seating and a hamper. Across from walk-in another closet is an extra closet and entrance into master bathroom.

Master bathroom has 2 double sinks with the cabinets filled with plenty of large towels, hairdryer, iron, clothes steamer and a large cabinet filled with items to use if you forgot something at home. Want a relaxing bath, fIll up the jacuzzi tub with hot water and salts to soak. A separate shower has high pressured water and you can turn on the heat lamp above to warm your body when getting out of the shower.

Upstairs is open loft consisting of 2 bedrooms, full bathroom and large office.

If you work from home, this is perfect setup with 2 desks, colored printer/scanner and futon. A computer is provided and hooked up directly to the printer. Large open office with plenty of room overlooking the living room.

The bedrooms have closets, dressers, nightstands and luggage racks. There are blinds or for that extra dark effect, pull the curtains.

Full furnished basement setup as private one bedroom suite with a double bed, a single bed, 2 sofas, tv with tons of cds and table with chairs.

Garage has electric garage opener and plenty of lighting. There is a small fridge to store water and a small chest freezer so you can bulk shop.

Also, there is no cleaning fee, but most renters like to have a cleaning service come into the home every 2 weeks. If you have a pet, I may consider if hypoallergenic.
