Its not the worse but isnt top rated either.

The hotel is definitely old and rundown. The drawers in our room didnt even work they were broken. Wasnt cleaned very well and they didnt accommodate to anything.

There wasnt much I didnt like I mean I was only originally going to a total of three nights. My business trip is going better than expected so I stayed here another 4 days I liked the Hotel so much. To0 shelf service and the rpoms are fabulpus. Has a real Veags feel to it. Would highly recomme Sean M C.I.P.M.

The room, beds, and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The couch looked dated and barely clean so I didn’t sit on it. Check in was easy; the staff were polite. It was great value for the money and the location was amazing. I really appreciated the free parking.

The heat was not working in our room. It was so cold. They said they would send a service guy. No one ever showed up. We were supposed to spend the night an additional night. We cancelled our room and moved some where else. When asked for additional blankets because it was so cold. They did not have any.

Knott's Ferry Farm

Restroom was unavailable near the reception area. Kids almost didn't made it to the room in time. Asked for someone to come and checked TV, and for more towels, which didn't get. Customer service is non existing and person was pretty rude. Room outdated. But for the price and only 2 nights there, it was ok.

Please hire maids

The room was big , bed very comfortable, room was very clean when we arrive. we stay 4 days and we never get a room clean! I have to go to the lobby and ask for a toilet paper and a towel .. they really need to hire maids . Thats unacceptable.

Horrible stay!

It was so dirty, one room had a broken sink and tv the other had rips in the sofa sleeper and the tolit didn't work. They give you 2 towels for a room with 6 people and not even a third of a roll of tolit paper in both rooms.

This property is old and not well maintained. The price was good and it is convenient to Knott’s. Staff is friendly, but not helpful. Our ac didn’t work and no one helped get it going.

Wouldn’t stay here again!

We booked this hotel for a family trip to Disneyland after looking at photos& reading reviews & we were very excited for the stay based on those two things. When we arrived, we were told they were doing renovations— hopefully this is true because this place needs to be renovated badly. We got the room that sleeps 6- two double beds & a pull out sofa. Everything is in very poor condition in the room. There was a huge spiderweb on the ceiling above the table in the kitchen area & in the bathroom.The glass portion of the door on the bathroom was very obviously not cleaned- it had handprints all over it. The main bedroom felt like we were going to fall through the ceiling- the floor was sloped inward, so much so that the night stand and dresser drawers would not stay closed. The flooring near the back door was coming up and torn. The back door was coming away from the wall on the left side— so there was a 2in opening the whole time. The night we arrived, the ac was not working. We tried multiple times, called and asked the desk- they explained how to work it, it still did not come on. Desk person came down to try to turn it on, it didn’t work. Said he would bring us a fan, never did. It was 80° in our room for two nights until they fixed it. Would not switch us rooms because they were “full” but we saw lots of empty, uncleaned rooms. When they finallycame into our room to fix it, it disengaged our key cards- so when we got back to our room at 1am our keycards weren’t working.

It’s only one night for us and didn’t want to extend because the place is not clean. The sofa bed is dirty with hair it’s just gross. The hotel is old and its fine but u can see broken debris and insects inside the room. Customer service is not so great!

No vending no gym as property under renovation. This was not disclosed until check in. The sofa bed mattress was terrible and there were no sheets/blankets or pillows provided for it. I stood at the front desk hoping to get help with this around 9pm. No one in sight. After waiting 25 minutes, I called and the phone rang and rang. It’s like there was no one working. Fortunately my kids had a blanket we brought from home which they used to sleep. The only positives about staying here was that it was a quick and easy walk to Knotts and the front desk agent that checked us in was friendly and efficient.
