The man at the front desk was extremely rude! The hotel was over 90 degrees inside with no working a/c and was offered no alternative. Was not even given an apology. Just “You already paid, so stay or leave.” A poor family with children and a family with sick elderly people also given the same treatment! I couldn’t believe my eyes or ears! I lost my money and had to drive around with family in the middle of the night to find a comfortable hotel. Despicable!

They are trying to renovate and upgrade their rooms, but very half ass. Our room did not have a working handle to turn on the shower and instead of moving rooms like I requested, they told me to wait for maintenance. Waited for 30-45 mins before the front desk contacted us to actually move rooms. They only agreed to finally move rooms because maintenance was a no show. It’s unfortunate, this hotel has really gone downhill over the years.

The front desk was rude, unhelpful and cussed as we asked question. She said she didn’t know what she was doing. The room was old and dated and the bed you could feel the spring through. Much cheaper hotels near by that offer better quality and service.

For the price this hotel gets a five star. It’s clean, it’s cheap, it’s very close to Knott’s Berry Farm, there’s a lot of good food around it, and the staff were a vibe 🙂
