The room was very spacious and clean the hot tub was really nice after a day of skiing. The staff was kind and the breakfast was delicious. Real eggs real sausage and a pancake machine. I've stayed in hotels twice as expensive and didn't have this good of an experience. I will be back

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Vail family suite was a great size for a family. It was nice to have a separate room for our toddler so she could go to bed early. The breakfast was tasty and had a decent variety. The saltwater hot tub and the sauna were a nice touch as well.

Bathroom shower was absolutely filthy with dirt, grime and soap scum all on the floor, door, tiling and even shower head. The drain cover was not screwed into place, creating a slipping hazard. Toilet seat was also dirty with unknown residue. Unfortunately, we could not reach customer service as we had a late check-in and front desk was closed. Very upsetting that we could not use the shower. Despite the filthy bathroom and the room smelling strongly of old carpet - everything else was clean enough that we stayed the night. Breakfast was standard and check-in was smooth. Overall poor experience so I would not recommend.
