The rooms were excellent, clean and updated. It’s a bit away from downtown but easily drivable in just a couple minutes. The people at the desk and running the place were amazing and kind and helpful. The hot tub was great. Loved it.

This is an awesome 'motel' that has been rehabbed. Our room was perfect and balanced the old school feel (cool retro tile in the shower) in a totally redone room. It was spacious, bed was comfy, had a small fridge , microwave and Keurig. Breakfast was a 'continental plus' with eggs, sausage, B&G, Eggo type waffles and a pancake machine. Lots of other typical breakfast choices as well. We were very happy to discover this hidden gem in Salida!!

This place is a step back in time, vintage, cute,charming. The owners take a lot of pride in this property and have updated and keep the property up very very well on the outside and inside.The door locks are very secure and a nice touch entry instead of a key card. It was a great price. Pleasantly surprised about that. Got more than we paid for. I feel like on top of that, breakfast was free and very yummy! Highly highly recommend.

We stayed in the family suite and it was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfy, the air conditioning worked well, and the breakfast was very serviceable. My kids loved the pancake conveyor belt. Biking distance to great mtb trails.

Great choice in Salida!

What a great motel! I don't know how old the original motel was, but at this point in it's history I know it is at it's absolute best! Rooms are spacious and beautifully renovated. All you need for a pleasant stay. Part of the amenities are private use of a sauna and very nice salt water hot tub jetteted spa! The morning breakfast was good too. Very happy to discover this motel.

The owner stayed after hours until I could get there because my trip was delayed. Superior service, the rooms are really well appointed with top-notch fixtures and amenities, especiallyfor a motor lodge of this vintage. Plus, they have a sauna and hot tub and other things that you just wouldn’t expect, including a great breakfast And all in this beautiful setting in the Colorado mountains. I wish every place I stayed came close to being as good as this place. If you’re traveling through this part of Colorado, you have to stay here. The Silver Ridge Lodge is top-notch.
