Didn’t have breakfast Room very clean

Breakfast was good. Rooms are good.

Decent hotel, clean tidy Unfortunately staff AWOL, 15 mins waiting for someone to come to reception to check in, inadequate numbers of staff in the restaurant, very disappointing

Lovely staff clean rooms and super helpful with directions and extras like the cot we needed for our little one. Close to the train station too

The hotel is excellently located and easy to find with plenty of signposts whichever direction you’re arriving from. It was easy to find a parking space. Staff at reception were very friendly and efficient. The lobby area has a reasonably priced 24 hour bar with a decent selection. The food offering seemed quite limited to me, I’m sure if you are arriving after a long flight you’d be happy with the menu but I think if you’re staying here before going on holiday you might like to get food on the way or, as we did, pop into Bishop’s Stortford. Room was very comfortable with an excellent shower and good quality toiletries. Breakfast was good, the hot food was replaced regularly and there was a plentiful selection of other typical continental breakfast items.
