Being located at a prime spot, disappointed to see that the hotel does not provide mini fridge in the room. No basic amenities in the bathroom. In our last day, the beds were made but trash was left behind and towels not replenished. Even if we are checking out the following day, they should have cleaned or tidied up the room as expected. We’ve never been in a hotel that leaves the garbage bin full after making the beds. Taking the trash is better than making the beds.

We loved our room when we got there but we had a difficult time finding the room since the lift we needed was out of service. The view from our room was lovely and the ferry across the river was extremely helpful!

Lit très confortable, literie et oreiller. Bonne grandeur de chambre. Personnel très courtois. Bien insonorisé mais on peut entendre la douche des autres chambres, ce qui est commun, sur rue très tranquille. Bon déjeuner et complet. J’aurais apprécié quelques items additionnels dans la chambre: boîte de mouchoir, une poubelle dans la chambre en supplément à celle dans la salle de bain. Séjour de 4 jours, bien localisé, proche de plusieurs différentes lignes de métro et bus à la sortie de l’hôtel. Juste dommage d’avoir à payer 15 lires pour avoir la chambre plus tôt que l’heure du check in alors que la chambre est prête.

If they can put a two persons small couch and a little table for us to have dinner together that will be perfect, the room only have a person bar stool to eat .

Really a neat concept, but REALLY TINY! Two more square meters would really make it , because there’s really no place for luggage. Check in is unique and it’s so sensible. We set a wake up time and we kept hearing these fire engines and ambulances and thought it must be a bad event- then we realized it was the tv giving us the wake up call! Hilarious. Great location near the Tower and Tube stop

Perfect location, friendly staff clean hotel. Breakfast was nice a choice of buffet or al a cart same price.tea and coffee not automatically in the room but available for free on request but run out of milk, but the bar downstairs were kind and filled a little cup for free although separate business to hotel! Would definitely go again. 👍
