Convenient clean. Property kept up nicely and quiet considering it was in a busy truck stop location with major road project going on. Breakfast buffet was good with good coffee, food, and great service. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable Stay... Nice hotel

Very nice place! Wished we would have had more time here. That was the plan, until vehicle problems took over and we ended up not getting in until 3am and had to be back out at 7am. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable room. Lots of breakfast options. The grounds look very inviting as well as the swimming pool. Would definitely stay here again if passing through.

Loud guests and hotel staff not helpful

We stayed one night and there were people partying in the courtyard, which was all good. But, at 11:30 at night, they were still partying. We called the front desk to see if they could do something, but they said that it was Regatta Week and they didn't seem to care. Finally, we called again at 1:30 am and this time they did come down and ask the guests to quiet down. We had a 9 hour drive ahead of us, and needed to get some sleep. When we contacted the General Manager the next day, she said that she looked on surveillance and did see that the guests were right under our room and in the courtyard and that she should have had a security guard on site that night since it was Regatta Week. However, she said that there was nothing she could do to compensate us as we booked through Hotels.com and that we would have to go through your company for any compensation. She also recommended that in the future to call the hotel directly to make reservations and not go through a 3rd party.
