The room was okay for a 1-night stay. The bed was very lived in. The hotel was updated since the last time I stayed and it looks like they are trying. One of my family members swears she saw a mouse in their room. Breakfast was okay, I just had a waffle mainly. My husband did not like the biscuits and gravy. When I went to use the bathroom in the lobby, the toilet seat was dirty and needed cleaned.

The hotel was falling apart. The refrigerator had mold on it and was falling apart. We had to clean the jacuzzi tub before my daughter could get in. Part of the tub was coming apart from the top of it. I would like my money back!

The hotel is infested with cockroaches and they only remodeled the lobby not the rooms. Some of the doors look like they were broken in to. The cleaning lady’s don’t move things to clean because there was a honey packet behind the night stand and the phone was disconnected. We showed the staff that there were bugs in our room. And all he said was don’t show me that and that we could change rooms. What good does that do if one room has bugs so does all the other rooms. I want a full refund because we also purchased the insurance. Won’t ever stay here nor rent from Expedia again!

I had made the reservation on Expedia and paid in full. The staff that checked me in was wasted beyond anything. I found out afterward that she charged me AGAIN (even though I had already paid). I talked to the staff on several occasions to fix the mistake and was assured that I was not charged again, yet a 2nd charge from the hotel showed up on my statement. The staff was no help to fix this.
