wouldn't let me check in because I was under 21. that's fine, Expedia said nothing about the policy until the day of, not the hotels fault. but they argued with and shouted at my poor mother trying to find a solution and refused to refund so I could get another hotel until Expedia contacted them for her, because this hotel would no longer pick up the phone, instead opting to hang up immediately or, at one point, pick up and leave the phone dangling so she was talking to nobody. absolutely horrific customer service. they will NOT work with you, I'm sure regardless of what goes wrong with your trip! don't risk it!
