This was my 3rd or 4th stay. Staff is always pleasant, and the hotel itself is clean and comfortable. However, for at least the second time, the ice machines on the 2nd and 3rd floors weren't working for the first two days of my stay. They finally started working again mid-week. Not sure if someone complained, I didn't this time. Other than that minor inconvenience, everything was good.

Check in was simple, facility was clean despite some construction. The room was larger than expected and the tub we had was large enough for two people side by side. We found the bed to be a bit firm but comfortable. Staff was friendly. The Continental breakfast had some good variety, though overall the quality was about what you'd expect for a mid-range hotel. Well stocked and maintained by staff.

This property is going through a renovation currently. The facility is clean, staff is friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable. Once the upgrades are complete the rooms will be topnotch! They need to get rid of the stickers on the floor and plexiglass barrier at check in. Coronavirus was here for 1000's of years before 2019 and the lab produced version since, is here to stay...it is what it is! Maybe it is a regional phobia that persists as several employees and patrons were wearing N95 masks within the facility. The continental breakfast is TERRIBLE! The juice is more water than juice ("cranberry juice" flowed from the dispensing machine into the cup as clear water), the skim milk was sour (also dispensed from a machine), the right side slots of the toaster didn't work, and the bagels were stale. Also Walmart yogurt is not the best look --spring for the Yoplait! Technically, they did offer continental breakfast!

We checked in on May 14 and the gentleman at the desk was so nice and helpful!! My husband is handicapped and he changed our room to the ground level right by the door!! It was wonderful! Not sure if his name but he was excellent!!

Stayed 5/2025 for one night, First room that we had been given had a leak underneath the bathroom sink, went back to front desk, guy there seemed like he really didn’t like his job ( he also didn’t seem entirely surprised that I was asking for a different room), second room was given had a very weird smell (seemed like mix of smoke and bleach though is nonsmoking property so not entirely sure), didn’t feel like it would be safe for my young children to stay in that room, don’t think the front desk guy appreciated me back again, third room ended up being acceptable with no weird odors and everything for the most part functional. Overall whole property is old and dated and needs a lot of rehab (they did have a lot of construction materials outside right at the front entrance). The whole property has signs posted on various doors telling patrons the various ways they can be kicked out of the property for not abiding by the rules (I.e going out a prohibited door or having food in the pool area, etc.). Definitely did not get welcoming vibes between all the signs and the front desk. Would not recommend staying here.
