I liked this place well enough but every day I had asked early that my room be remade and cleaned..they never came until very late in the afternoon (one night at 5 pm) and only after I asked 2-3 times. I gave up the last two nights.

While the hotel is showing some signs of aging it has great character and the rooms were spacious and contained everything you could need. Breakfast being included was a plus. Friendly, helpful staff. I would stay here again if travelling through the Burlington.

Smelly hotel

Overall the hotel was ok. There was a weird “boiled cabbage” smell everywhere- in the rooms, in the hallway, in the lobby. Really unpleasant. We had to buy a plug in for the room to tolerate staying there. Real shame as it let the hotel down. Quite far from the centre too.

We had to move to a different room 3 times first one smelled awful second room the bed/couch the kids were going to sleep on was covered in nasty stains. All they did was give us 2 double bed and take 30 dollars off the room should have be free. I’ve severed moved that many time in a hotel

It is a decent and clean hotel. However the weekend prices are double the week day. Yet the service was practically non-existent on the weekend. Staffing levels improved dramatically on Monday. The lobby is impressive, but the suites are tight and dark compared to other suite hotels. That said the staff that was there were friendly and hardworking during the morning rush.

The homeyness and relaxed atmosphere was inviting. The location was perfect with easy access to downtown Burlington, South Burlington, Winooski and Shelburne! The suite room was very clean and comfortable with everything you need for your stay!
