As a 74 year old 100% disabled veteran I had to try to carry my suit cases up FIVE 5 floor from where I was told to park first floor of the deck. The elevator was NOT WORKING so after I finally got to my room I had to take a nitroglycerin pill for chest pain. I rested for awhile till I felt better. I couldn’t go anywhere because walking all the way to the “single elevator at the middle of the building was very stressful so I couldn’t afford room service and that ment I didn’t get to EAT ANYTHING all day then my 1 day stay was terrible. I checked out even though I had the room for two nights I told the desk man about my overnight stay he said he would give me my deposit back. Asked about the cost of the second night he said he’d only give me my deposit back. I checked out before 0930 on the second morning so my empty room was paid without ANY use. I am consulting the Veterans Administration for assistance in getting a refund.
