Pool was show as operational in photos, was not when we arrived for our stay. Floors were dirty. Room not ready when we arrived even though it was way past check in time.

The property is in terrible condition. The air conditioner in the room was not working. The manager got into a verbal altercation with another guest at 11pm at night outside my room. Quiet hours were not enforced or observed by other guests. The hotel was full of transient people and it felt really unsafe.

This hotel was very dirty. The toilet in the toom was clogged. Which means it wasn't cleaned. No hand soap, no hand towels, table top dirty with food, walls dirty, bathroom door with streaks of an oily substance, own had a dog that roamed around at 11 at night, then barking outside my door causing my dogs to bark,

This hotel was so dirty and people hanging out outside that made my wife uncomfortable, swimming pool empty and dirty. When we were told that the room was not ready, we left and will never return. We will also, not be using hotels.com. We simply have a reasonable standard and safety requirement.

We had to make the two-room reservation during our road trip because of a large fire that required us to reroute. The entire property was in disrepair. Pool was empty and did not look good...empty beer cans and cracked concrete with a traffic cone and table at the bottom of the pool. Every door in the building was open and people were drinking in the parking lot. It was obvious that people were "living" in these filthy rooms. We walked by two open rooms that smelled terrible. Front desk guy was also "cleaning" rooms....well that's what he called it. There is no way I would have slept in any one of the rooms. We left and had to ride 4 more hours to Pendleton to find another room. We had to search the bottom floor to find the guy to let him know we were leaving. He said he couldn't refund the rooms because we had booked through 3rd party. This dump needs to be demolished. Party of 4 very disappointed that Expedia would even have this listed on their site. Do better !!!!

Very outdated. Filthy carpet and the room stunk. The bathroom was clean though they only provided 1 towel. The outlets were in odd places with none by the bedsides. It had air conditioning. The breakfast was cold cereal and instant oatmeal. It seemed quite shady when we pulled up. Many workers/men staying there. At 11:30PM they were still outside rooms and playing loud music.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The AC turned on and off every 10 seconds and never stayed on or cooled down the room. The toilet is so low to the ground you couldn’t get up easily. There was a large round stain on the floor that looked like a piss stain. The walls were so thin and the person next to us was screaming all night long. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. 0/10.

Very old and shabby property. The room and bedding was fine but the bathroom floor badly needed a good scrub and the caulk around the tub was coming off and filthy. There was a coffee maker but no pot. Breakfast was not ready on time. The manager looked worn out but was very pleasant.

The pool had no water in it. There was dog poop on the curb outside my door by the walkway. The walkway and the mats along the ground floor looked filthy. The room inside was fine. But the internet wasn't working, and I finally gave up on it and resorted to TV, which I rarely engage with.

The rooms were good and clean. The guy checki g us in was friendly, however I did not like that upon check in at the desk was a lot of that nights reservations on the counter to see everyones names, room numbers, car type etc. Felt very unsafe.

We reserved two rooms and they only had one room available. They did bring us a roll out so we made it work. There was a dog on the counter in the check out area and no breakfast at 6 am. I had to knock on the managers door to get him up to get a refund for the other room. Don’t recommend staying here.
