Every thing was great-especially Ruth the night desk person who made us feel like we were being welcomed into her home, as well as the breakfast lady, who made sure that the breakfast was hot and stocked and very clean all with a smile

This hotel was completely dirty from stains in all of the carpets to the cigarette smoke smell, which sleep inns don’t allow smoking supposedly, to a black substance smeared in our shower. It generally smelled bad. I don’t know how the hotel has the rating that it does, it’s suspicious.

The hallway smelled absolutely disgusting to the point I did not want to leave my room once I entered. The building is so poorly taken care of. The bed was terrible. I would’ve honestly felt better sleeping in my vehicle. This is the first Sleep Inn that I’ve had this level of issue. The quality of my stay was far from being worth $100 for a night. More like $25.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The staff was very friendly and the room was quiet. The hotel needs a little TLC, new carpet etc. The breakfast was ok. The juice machine was not working and no fruit. It would be nice to have more healthy breakfast choices.

Safe area, quiet, comfortable bed, Standard breakfast Plentiful parking Highlight was desk receptionist/mgr was excellent - friendly, courteous, knowledgeable about restaurant choices - not nearby but reasonable distance. She went above & beyond to locate spare outlet adapter so I could charge my cell phone. A # one classy lady. Aldo there was plenty of gas station options nearby. I would recommend this hotel to all travelers. Will stay in future

The breakfast bar was always well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the air was left on in the room so it was cool when we arrived. The towels were fluffy and thirsty with four already in our room. The staff was extremely friendly.

Overall, this is a safe and secure hotel to stay if you’re visiting or just passing through. It’s relatively quiet and I did not see the presence of bugs. The issue arises in the matter of cleanliness. The first thing you notice upon entering the hotel is the smell. Throughout the whole establishment it smells like soap scum, smoke and dirt. The entire hotel needs a deep cleaning. The carpets are filthy, the walls covered in cobwebs, and the covers on the bed and the bathroom towels are dingy. The shower pan had visible dirt also. It’s extremely dusty as well. It’s fairly affordable and convenient but unfortunately, I will not be returning because I cannot stomach the smell. The cleanliness is just not up to par and it brings down the value of the hotel.
