My family and I ended up getting rashes from the pool. Not the cleanest facility, when we brought this to the hotel we just received a general response "sorry this happened, hope we can do better in the future". Unlikely we would stay at this hotel again.

Front desk was so welcoming. Room service was fast and the food was very good. Comfortable beds. It’s a family friendly hotel so that comes with a bit of kid noise and slight wear and tear, condition and cleanliness above average for a hotel with a water park. Happy with our stay.

The Hotel staff was amazing and any concerns I had were addressed and taken care of ASAP. Towels we not replaced in our room but as soon as we asked it was taken care of so I may have just been an oversight! The hotel was clean staff was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure our stay went smoothly

Love love love the pool w slides n has pool in basement love that idea to get away from noise n kids of the water park if u want but also loved loved the water park. Rooms seem older decode not my style so doesn’t feel newer or renovated and buffet was ok not that great to be honest! But loved the water park 😊👍
