They mixed up my room with my sisters, then i had to double pay as they wouldnt take my visa debit payment although it cam out of my visa debit already... payment is payment, so i had to pay again on my credit card... im pissed at no communication and mixing up resetvation

It’s ok. But showing its age. Bed blankets are very old, halls were extremely noisy till well past 11pm with what I assume were children running up and down halls. Pool staff were far more concerned that no adults brought in coffee cups than with anything resembling safety or life guarding around the pool with multiple water slides. On top of that the light system that is supposed to tell kids when it’s safe to slide was broken, with no one there to supervise. The staff were friendly enough, I just don’t think anyone really cares. We have stayed here a number of times, this was our last.

It’s a nice hotel but the person who booked us in screwed up. My sister also booked rooms so I got her rooms n she got the adjoining rooms I requested. She also had to pay double… So when I checked out I got charged for the rooms my sister was in…I previously paid with credit card. Don’t think I will book there again.

We come every year for an annual shopping trip! The hot tub once again was out of order in the fitness room, which we look forward to using! The underground parking lot is tight to get around the corners which makes it stressful to pull in and out of.
