Our hotel room was amazing... The front desk staff was very helpful. The shuttle service on the way to the airport was not good. The Van was extremely dirty with dead bugs all over the front seat and on the inside of the front wind shield. But the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel at the end of our trip was in a shuttle Bus and was Excellent. The only other complaint was that the water park was still down for maintenance while we stayed there which was a disappointment.

The hotel itself is clean and the water park is pretty nice for families. The restaurants on the other hand need some help. The menu claims house made or chef made and it's food service products that are way over priced.

They have the fastest and affordable room service. Just one of the many enjoyable service that stood out for me. Also to mention, very helpful people at the front desk. I was never left for wanting there. most enjoyable place to stay.
