Place was nice. Toilet was wobbly. Staff were nice (slower then normal at check in), asked for a late check out (1 hour) and was denied. Overall I would recommend. Location was loud with traffic, emergency sirens etc (11th floor stay). Restaurant was very loud.

Awesome place to stay, very friendly and helpful staff. Confortable rooms. Breakfast is the best I’ve had in a hotel. The only small negative is there is a fire department next door behind the hotel. If your room is on that side be prepare to hear fire trucks going at all hours. The coffee in the rooms doesn’t match the quality of the hotel

The hotel is nice, a bit dated. The area is ok, there is a bit of a rough neighborhood just a block or 2 away around the Bow College. But the area is very walkable. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs because there is a ton of street noise and it sounds like traffic is directly inside your room. The restaurant had great food and drinks but was expensive.
