Nice place overall for families but overrun with kids sports teams while we were there, sprinting down the halls and taking over the elevators. Breakfast buffet was very good and pool and parking as well.

Average at best. Subway station right next to it so homeless people are in the area and wandering about right next to the parking lot. Pool had vomit at the top of the water slide and on the floor by the seating area, as soon as I noticed I notified the front desk and it took 30-40 minutes for someone to come and check it out. By then the kids had splashed water on it and it got washed into the pool. The person who came to check it out didn’t even sanitize the area. Not good enough of a response to the situation. In such a case the slide should of been closed off promptly and the mess could’ve been cleaned up properly so the water didn’t get contaminated.
