Exceptional guest services! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by hotel staff. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. Easy parking and a comfortable, well appointed room. Breakfast was included in our stay and the service and food was exceptional! Easy walking to the BMO center. The entire hotel has a lovely modern artsy vibe. Cannot say enough good things about our stay. We will be back!

Great Location and Services

The hotel is located in a great part of Calgary with tons of options for dining, drinking and shopping. Service staff was amazing especially poolside. We love to take a mini vacation and relax by the pool either in winter or summer! Highly recommended. The wing of the hotel we stayed in did feel a bit "tacked together" with lots of obvious rough finishing of paint and trim. The walk was a long way to the room with a set of small stairs that were unavoidable. The hallway had a distinct feeling of NOT being level. Yes I assessed this before drinks at the pool. All in all still one of our favorite places to stay in Calgary - but only at a nice discounted rate. I would feel a bit ripped off paying full high season rates here.

Do not get fooled by the pictures on expedia. The hotel is very old and has the old property smell to it. Highly disappointed by expedia trying to lure clients by showing the property as a brand new
