The location is very convenient and is close to the downtown. The stay includes free parking, which is a big plus. Otherwise, the hotel is pretty basic. Nothing particularly exciting, but nothing bad either. The room is on the smaller side. The staff is very friendly. All in all, it felt like a good value for the money.

We’ve stayed for 2 nights, location is great. The only thing is the room is so HOT, AC is NOT working and the noise the furnace (ac/heater) in the room so dirty my allergies was crazy, maybe clean the filter and do some proper maintenance. It make very loud noise room.I made complaint out to maintenance and they came in turned off the (which is I already did that, it’s not working) furnace system in the room and brought us a Fan (instead of switching us to a better room with working AC) I paid over $500/night just to get Fan my room, I will not be staying here anymore.

The staff was not particularly helpful. On checking in I was not advised regarding the “hold” that would be put on my card. When I requested information about arranging transportation to Banff the clerk was not interested or informative. The eating offerings were pretty skimpy and a bit overpriced. When I called to get clarification re my cc pending transaction the information I was given was not very clear.

The location is good, my room size was good but tired - the AC was SO loud and the bed (pic below) was ratty and the shower sprayed everywhere. Staff were really caring - they tried. Yellow door and restaurant and the pool side were great. And a small thing for $500 plus a night hotel- we have to pay for a bottle of water!! Wow. If you want to play with the big girls (Fairmont or even The Arts in Kenzington) you can’t charge for a bottle of water.
Room size was great but things like the condition of the bed or taps or AC were not

What a fun & unique hotel. The outdoor pool and pool service was incredible! Nice clean water and just a beautiful vibe! The room was extremely clean and the bed sheets smelt so nice! Free underground parking was a bonus! We will definitely be staying here again!

What a perfect stay. Staff was accommodating and super-nice. All of the amenities are amazing. Poolside Freestyle Lounge is the best! Rooms were clean and beautiful and well stocked. Room service was tops. This place is funky, fresh and a lot of fun!

We've stayed at this hotel a few times now. We like it because of the location and the parking. I have noticed on our last couple of visits the rooms seem to be a little more worn down. Still very clean, but the leather on the beds are peeling and there were some areas where paint was missing in the bathroom. Overall a good stay and the staff are very friendly!
