Nice hotel. If you dont have a vehicle, it is not really near anything. However, there is a bus stop right outside the hotel parking lot.

Housekeeping staff are excellent. Im not talking about cleaning and maintenance but all round service delivery and guest relations. Even better than front desk staff. The restaurant tried to pass off canned soup as house maid. I dont know if they ran short and simply combined cold canned soup with the remainder but we tasted it immediately and sent it back. The bar was also out of some key menu items. Pool closed for renovations.

What a great find. I always stayed at Marriott in Calgary. The Blackfoot was easily as good, probably better. I like that they clean rooms every day. Overall very happy that I discovered this gem.
