Disgusting room with stains on the furniture and the floors. Window in the bedroom was held in place with one screw….if you leaned on it out you’d go down 4 stories!!! Greasy hand prints all over the walls, sticky carpets. If I could give zero stars I would. Made little to no attempt to make it right with us. Do NOT waste your money on this hotel!!

I booked this hotel for July 25, 2025, expecting a safe and convenient stay after a long international flight with my infant. Unfortunately, the shuttle service stopped at 10:45 PM, which was not clearly disclosed at booking. I arrived after midnight at JFK and was left stranded with no transport or assistance from the hotel. I couldn’t even reach the property I had already paid for. Very disappointing and misleading — I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling late at night.

Ordered food ,got the wrong order and still had to pay again for what i wanted .By the time i got the food both were cold .Very rood .Every time we left hotel we had to get key card reactived which was so annoying .The clorine levels is way to high .the hot tube was cold and slimy .Rooms have to be updated and cleaned more .

the hotel was good the front staff lobby were nice and we check in right away, the rooms was clean and comfortable but the hallways are not maintainly clean, i think they only clean it in the morning then if gets dirty in the afternoon or night then no one clean it, but overall its good i like it, i will definitely come back , it was close to werever we want to go in calgary
