Unfortunately we had a negative experience. The desk staff was amazing, but the stay was not good. Neighbouring rooms were loud and very ‘active’ all night. Our child was scared and nobody in our party slept because of the noise. The walls seemed very thin. The room itself was clean, the halls were not. We checked out before 07:30am as we hadn’t slept and were happy to be on our way.

It was just too far from the airport to be called airport hotel. What you save on room costs you spend on taxis to get there. There is no shuttle from the airport. Once there all okay but expect to pay $25 for early check in and $25 for late check out too

It is a great value for the money. The only negative thing was that there was only one curtain leaving the light coming into the room really early. Bed was super comfy and room was very clean though.

The bathtub tap was not able to turn almost came out of the bathtub. The tv wouldn’t turn off with the remote and the microwave was stuck on 11secs which couldn’t cancel.Need to update and fix things.

Tub leaked hugely into room. We called front desk for help and spoke to someone. They never came. Staff we spoke with at checkout offered zero solutions or compensation. They should not rent that room out at any price. Friendly people. Poor customer service.
