We arrived mid afternoon our room was freezing cold. Turned thermostat up full and went for dinner arrived back around 7pm room still cold heat was moving however I carpeted floor concrete was still cold to walk on and room heat stayed at level of ceiling as that is where vent was. Comment from desk was shud call maintenance. Heat was on and working just impossible to heat an ice box put carpet in and when you assign a room make sure heat is on

Front end staff of Jordan, Taylor and Ayesha were exceptional. Very attentive, friendly , professional and accommodating. Facility was relatively clean but the beds were like sleeping on concrete and the pillows have seen better days. Quite outdated decore in the rooms and in the front lobby.
