The room was not really clean. We found garbage on the floor in the bathroom and in the sleeping room. The elevators did not work and neither did the hot tub.
Although the hotel is a little dated, room was clean and staff was friendly

Being isolated to one area for breakfast were you have to sit with people who are loud, especially in the morning doesn't make for a nice stay. I realize it is a big area but I believe there were 8 staff active all over, if they had their own area, the comfortable quiet booths instead of the not so comfortable chairs could be used. I worked in an a place where we served 600 people three times/day. We needed designated areas to service the onslaught.
My lady endured a few hours of screaming kids in her room from neighbours. She is one not to complain about this because she was a lifeguard for 10 years. Still unacceptable, you don't have anyone taking a simple walk of the floors even once an evening. Please do not reply with excuses, these were facts as I experienced. What would you do, request a refund? Oh yeah it looks so far that my credit card has been billed twice. Yes, it comes in threes.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Good overall, as with previous stays. Staff are great.
Previous stays were in Reno'd tower rooms. We learned why older garden rooms are cheaper.
Positives: beds, pillows, and basic necessities covered. Fridge and microwave worked.
Negatives: could use a deep clean (bath fan was filthy); bathroom caulking appeared done by a drunk or partially blind person. Hot tub was more "warm tub," but kids love the slide.
We laughed at the negatives, but agreed it was still a great stay at a good price. We did not experience food/drink on this visit.
The staff at the front desk were terrifically helpful, efficient and friendly. It is an older building but very well maintained and the cleaning staff do an excellent job.
