The people were friendly. The room was not very clean at all. The kitchen floor was sticky. The bathroom wasn't clean. There was trash under the TV left over from previous occupants. There were food crumbs on the nightstand. I was not impressed with that. I did like the setup of the room though. It had a lot of space to spread out.

Meeh... Hard Pass

Stayed here for 2 nights with my kids (3) only to attend Disney On Ice. The rooms felt old, and the shower looked grimy. I requested 2 connecting rooms 2 months in advance but when we arrived I was informed that 1 room was on the 3rd floor and the other on the 6th... The same night we returned to the front desk to request another room because the room on the 6th floor was very run down and uncomfortable to settle into. Luckily the lady a different lady was now on and located a room 2 doors down from our room on the 3rd floor...That was the only thing good about this hotel...After seeing the rooms I didnt bother to find out if there was breakfast...

Loved the hotel will defenitly will be staying here when we come back to Jacksonville. The aminities were great. Gym was well equipt and Pool was great! Breaksfast had a variation of options and the lady that served breakfast was so friendly. i wish i would have asked her name. Rooms were really clean no complains. More then enough parking.
