Ok, but need some work.

Even though the stay was comfortable and the staff was polite. In my opinion there is some work needed. The carpet in the hallway was faded, stained and worn out especially by the stairs. The blanket in the room had holes in them, there was an odor in the shower and the bottom of the shower curtain was water-stained. It seem like the hotel is also rented out as residential units. There would be a group of people standing by the entrance smoking, so everytime you enter or leave you have to endure the secondhand smoke. So with a little work it can be a nice place to stay.

My experience at the hotel was one of the worst I've ever had. The place reeked of marijuana, and it was dirty. The pool was unusable and filled with filthy rags. Although there was supposed to be breakfast available, there was nothing when we arrived around 8 a.m. One of the hotel staff members was seen walking around in socks, which felt very unprofessional. I contacted Expedia to file a complaint, and when they reached out to the hotel, they stated that their policy allows for a full refund only if a complaint is made within 30 minutes of arrival. This policy was never communicated to us upon check-in. Either way, finding another hotel during Ironman race weekend would have been impossible.

I thought I was going to have two hours early arrival, but it was listed as pending, and I wasn’t allowed to do it. And there was no toilet paper the next morning they told me to come down and get it at the front desk really they however, did bring me up and leave it outside the door wow.

Pro: Plumbing worked and was reasonably clean. Check in and out easy. Convenient location for Cambridge. Con: Room smelled smoky to me, supposed to be non-smoking room and property. Had manager check and he thought it was cleaning chemicals. I didn't have time to switch rooms, on a tight schedule. When I returned odor was still there. I just bought Febreze and used it frequently when I was in the room. Breakfast was disappointing, only hot item was waffle maker. Hotel has a vibe of being old.

For a short stay, the hotel is fine. I would not stay longer than overnight. We got a good night sleep and felt very safe. It was quiet and accessible to where we were traveling to. People know what they are looking for in a hotel, we get what we pay for!

A place to lay your head is about it

THIS WAS NOT A NON-SMOKING HOTEL. Additionally the smoke detector was not secured to the ceiling. When we arrived there was no comforter, we had to call and ask for one. The couch was dirty and had holes in the arm. The wall was missing painting where curtains once hung and the room had been repainted around hardware. There was a previous customers food still in our mini fridge. The light was out over the bathroom area. It seems they do not care what condition you receive the room in.
